Amazing hotel, quiet location. Food and service are excellent! Recommended if you would like to a nice relaxing area with less crowd.

The room is clean, the only bad thing happened is on first day check in , the pillow is very smelly, but after we reported to hotel, they changed it immediately, the respond and service is good, but it would be perfect to check before customer check in. The receptionist Summer is very warm and good service The restaurant in the hotel also good If the hotel can add more facilities would be perfect

Renaissance Phuket Resort and Spa was an amazing experience. The room is clean, comfortable and spacious with a wonderful plunge pool for those hot Thai afternoons. The hotel went over and beyond to accommodate us, we had a very late flight we were given a late check-out (19:00 pm) so that we could freshen up before heading to the airport. This was so appreciated and thoughtful. The spa was just as great. We had various treatments and all were beyond our expectations. I can’t wait to return on our next Phuket trip. The only location of the hotel is far away from the popular tourist spots, but this made it even better as the beach wasn’t crowded and had a more chilled vibe. It’s also much closer to the airport for easy transfers.

This place is amazing , the resort staff are all very accommodating and very hospitable. The resort is also very environmentally integrated. This hotel have a lot of plants, they had squirrels, lots of birds and their ponds have a lot of fish. Overall my experience in this hotel is 10 out of 10.

The Renaissance Phuket feels like a boutique hotel, all the facilities are intimate in a nice way and the service feels personal. All the staff are very friendly and aim to please, including those in the restaurants like Khun Poom in Takieng and Khun Sak in Locavore, and the front desk staff who gave great recommendations. Service at the spa was also very good. A plus service is the complimentary transfer to JW Marriott next door to use their dining facilities, it opened up more options for guests staying at the Renaissance. Being low season in July, one entire wing of rooms was under renovation, but no noise could be heard. The currents in Mai Khao beach were strong while we were there, so we took cars to swim in Nai Yang and Nai Thon.

Hotel is nice but as others say far outside from downtown (approx. 500 -600 BAH for taxi to Patong) 500 to Airport. We stayed the 2. x here we knew here is a small turtle village with pizza place - pharmacy and supermarket for us is enough. We like it here and can recommend for people who like to stay more quiet and not in the middle of a downtown. Breakfast is great Western & Thai. Beach is here and clean and many tours are available with pick up if u want to go out. The hotel offer Bus shuttle service to the supermarket near by and city.

Good food and good facilities. Front desk staff seemed preoccupied considering it's low season. Poolside, Fitness & F&B service was great.

We arrived late. there were two gentlemen who greeted us with warmth and affection. (Perhaps one of them is the manager since he wears different shirt from others.) They are handsome,polite and speak fluent English. What surprised me was that they could feel the difference from Mandarin , Japanese, and Shanghainese. (Our little daughter speaks Shanghainese and Japanese because her father worked at Tokyo.) That means staffs in this hotel are very smart. Also, everyone will say hello to you with smile and be ready to help you at any time. And during our stay, my daughter was bitten by the mosquito, and was hurt. They sent a pro nursing staff to our room to treat the wound. We felt very comfortable in this hotel and got great experiences. Besides, we would like to say sorry that because of our carelessness that we put the tips near the TV casually on 28th April , the staff who was on duty that day didn’t take her tips. But she still cleaned our room perfectly. Back to the hotel, the room is clean and big, everything we need can be found easily. There are two swimming pools. One for adults, which shares a fabulous view of the sea. The other one is for children. Our daughter enjoyed it so much. The hotel has free shuttle bus to the center and free bicycles. But we chose to eat at the hotel. They’ve got 3 restaurants and one coffee shop. Pizza,Pasta or local Thai food can all be tasted here. That’s enough for us. We’ll definitely choose this hotel again next time we come to Phuket and will definitely recommend to our friends.

The hotel is beautiful and good service

I would like to express my appreciation on the hotel staff, Num and Job. Their support has meant a lot to us during our stay. Num is a sincere and caring person who gave us a great surprise for my husband’s birthday. Thank you so much for his kind arrangement. He has been a true blessing for the birthday wishes. Job is a personal trainer in the fitness centre. He taught us how to become fit and did the cardio exercises with us. It was fun! The fitness centre is spacious and clean. We have a great time when we were doing exercises there. Job’s generosity is greatly appreciated. Thank you for his time and support during our stay.
