The guesthouse is located in the outskirt of the night market, which is quieter and convenient. The owner of the guesthouse is helpful and responsive in handling our enquiries. The balcony of the room is huge. 

Clean and functional. The owner is super nice (also her baby is super cute ＜3). Let me check in early and was overall very helpful. The amenities are quite old and needs an upgrade though. Overall good stay!

I lived in the hotel in room #204 during 2 weeks and can say this is one the best price/quality place at Patong. In the centre but no noise from outside in the room. Very good condition. It perfectly worked almost two weeks without stop. Very comfortable bed: big and hard. Fast wifi - I worked from my laptop without any problems. The shower water is hot. Highly recommend. I saw some negative reviews here below and want advise to these people to book higher price hotel in such a case. You need to understand that it is low price guest house but for this price is very good. I lived in hundreds hotels in Thai and Asia and I know what I'm talking about .

Nice cost performance. Satisfied. If you wanna save more money in Patong, you need to go hostel or so.

Hotel is ok. Got stairs only not really family friendly if you get room level 5. But i want to praise this hotel for their prompt reply. We got lost and they replied to my enquiries very fast so it helps a lot. Thanks. The hotel location is not that close to beach but convenient walking and also got near massage place walking distance

Well, the hotel location was convenient, there's a spot to park your bike, 24 h access with the card felt safe and I don't mind taking stairs to the third floor. The only issue we had was the toilet, as we were afraid every time it would get stuck. The administration reacted quickly and helped us with it, but still we were concerned that later it could happen again as the water was filling up to the top of it, hope the owners can improve this point. Overall, there may be places with a better price/quality ratio, felt like it could be better. Thank you!

It’s not a five star hotel but you get a clean room and and shower for a good price. The furniture are a bit old but that’s absolutely ok. I would book the same room again when I’m back in patong

It is very cheap cost and reasonable price for the room of this hotel. I believe that if you visit here for sleep during the night, you will enjoy yourself with the quiet room with basic accessories. If you prefer to burn the midnight oil, you can walk along the walking street that it is not far from the hotel, or you can chill out along the Patong beach about 0.8 mile from the hotel. Even though Istay at the fifth floor without any elevator, but it is not my problem to walk upstairs. At the terrace of the I can see around the good point views from my room, it is perfect for me and my son to stay here for a couple nights. And I can park my rented car in front of the hotel, and I like to walk along the street, and I like to buy some food and drink at the 7-Eleven at the begining of the Soi of the hotel is taked place.
