The location was awesome and it was clean place, but there was an issue about the front desk, they are not available all the time the come at 11 am and leave at 11 pm, and there was no elevator which make it difficult to move the luggage on the stairs, for the people with light weight luggage it would be very good, and for the room it is exactly as it showing in the picture provided by them.

I would like to recommend this place but can't. The room is fine; though bed is a bit hard. However, the AC is useless, and I need need AC. Also, no phone to call downstairs and being on the 3rd floor it's inconvenient to walk downstairs to ask for something.

Terrible service and boss I actually want to put zero points Not even 1/5 Floor is dirty, we walk n our feet are black Aircon open 2 hours still not cold When approach the boss to check, he still keep say it’s cold and walk out and bang the door Water heater not hot too In the end, we just walk out and check out and book another apartment No refund also ok To me it’s a black apartment that cheat customers money I really want report to police but not sure where Is ok. I hope people don’t book there anymore

Old rundown place with no front desk service to talk to , couldn’t use the safe because after our complaint regarding the poor condition of the wardrobe , it was nailed shut !

Great location, a little neglected. We had to wait until 11:30 am to be able to check out. And that caught us losing a few hours of the day. Bad smell of moisture

Very worst first ac was not working so they changed my room and then late night they cut electricity to my room only … and no staff was present in the hotel… after calling many time an hour later they switch on my room electricity

Excellent room above a Chinese restaurant. The owner was responsive and helpful through our 9 night stay. The beds in particular were very comfortable and the sheets were the perfect thickness and softness. The wifi had some small issues due to the weather, but otherwise it was the perfect stay. Would definitely recommend!

Very close to Bangla Road, music is audible, but within reasonable limits. Air conditioning works well, good hotel for its money. There is a bath/jacuzzi with a hygienic bag for the bath)

The room was old and musty. The closet had a strong musty smell and could not be used. The window could not be locked. The lock of the door had to be carefully aligned to open. No one cleaned the room during the 10-day stay. I called for cleaning once in the middle. They just swept the floor with a broom, and dust was everywhere. The cleaning time did not exceed 10 seconds. There was no service at all. The only service was to hang toiletries on the door for you every day. The stairs were very steep, and moving the suitcases was like an adventure. The room was attacked by a subwoofer every night until 4 o'clock in the morning before it was quiet. It was not the noise of music, but the feeling of the subwoofer hammering your heart. Because I checked the reviews at that time and it was 4 points, the location was good, and I had to fill in the address of the entry card, so I booked it for 10 days. I didn't know this was the result until I arrived. The only advantage is that the location is good.

A big plus is the location to the bungalow and the beach, the room and bed linen are clean, everything works. You can't hear the music. It's okay to spend a couple of nights.

The only positive thing is the location. It is very very dirty, the dust was never wiped. The dark colors are very hard on the brain. The shower is broken, the jacuzzi does not work. There is no hot water. The pillows are very high, it is impossible to sleep on them.

The room is close to Patong Beach, but it is too noisy. It was so noisy at 2am that I couldn't sleep. Room service is not even worth mentioning. We booked a hotel for 3 days and negotiated a refund on the first night. There are indeed many mosquitoes and they are noisy. Just won’t give a refund. In the end, I could only waste two days' rent. Please read the reviews carefully before booking a room.
