The room layout and the view from the window were superb, directly facing the ocean – absolutely breathtaking. The air conditioning worked great and was really cool, unlike some earlier reviews that mentioned noise issues. There was also a large ceiling fan. The staff were all incredibly friendly, always greeting us warmly. Breakfast was also quite good. I'd read reviews saying it was too 'Western,' but there was actually Chinese congee, side dishes, salted duck eggs, mini fried dough sticks, and noodles, among other things. Plus, there was a dedicated section for Indonesian dishes. The fruit selection was decent too, mainly watermelon, honeydew, papaya, jackfruit, and oranges. Overall, breakfast was very rich and varied. The hotel grounds are expansive with multiple pools to suit different needs. It felt almost like a private beach – uncrowded and clean. The hotel is a bit older, so manage your expectations. The water quality isn't the best, and the shower pressure was quite low. While the hotel provides bottled filtered water, I felt more comfortable buying my own bottled water. The Italian restaurant on-site was delicious, and it was nice to enjoy some cold beer there. You can also order food and drinks via Grab and have them delivered to the lobby. All in all, it was a very pleasant experience. After all, when you're traveling, a good mood makes everything better! The hotel's spa was fantastic! My child and I had a 90-minute parent-child spa session that left us wanting more. Highly recommended.

I chose a sea-view room, and it was decent, though the view was slightly obstructed, I could still see the ocean. The hotel's pool was a big plus, very large with a deep end, but it was a shame it closed at 7 PM, preventing further use. It would be great if they could extend the hours. The hotel's location is super convenient, just a few steps from Karon Beach, and there's a 7-Eleven right outside the lobby. Dining options nearby are also plentiful. The room facilities were okay, and the room door was incredibly heavy, which actually made for good soundproofing. However, the air conditioner was too noisy, even on the lowest fan setting.

Have to download an app for all communication with front desk, it’s very convenient to book free daily activities on app, various classes throughout the week, we booked Thai boxing class twice, Thai language, mini Thai dance, enjoy a good time. We took the Friday BBQ night cabaret show, see the pamphlet and see what we got. Though majority is Russians, they are nice and quiet, their children are very well behaved.

Facilities: If you look closely, the room shows a bit of age, but it's very clean, which I actually found quite comfortable. Cleanliness: Very clean, everything here smells great, and my pool was cleaned daily. Environment: Absolutely perfect. When I checked in, I asked the front desk to check for rooms 403, 404, or 405, as I believe these three rooms have the best views. They checked and helped me get room 404. I highly recommend this room to everyone; the view is fantastic. It's incredibly relaxing to float in the pool and look out at the sea. Plus, most of the sun loungers are on the right side of the room, offering excellent privacy. Service: All the staff provided excellent service. Most staff communicate in English without any issues, and one front desk staff member can speak Chinese.

A wonderful hotel on Karon Beach. The rooms are large and spacious, with multiple balconies and beautiful views. The bed is big and comfortable, and the kitchen is good and roomy. The staff are polite and always ready to help. There's a large swimming pool, and room cleaning is well done. The room has everything you need. The hotel staff are wonderful, kind, and responsive people. The ladies at reception are very kind, and the security guards at the entrance are always friendly; everyone is very welcoming. I highly recommend this place. It's the best hotel on Karon Beach.

This hotel was the first stop on my trip, and I arrived with high expectations, only to be thoroughly disappointed! First, I have to commend the hotel's facilities, which are new, clean, and the rooms aren't damp. However, the service attitude was terrible. From the young lady at the front desk to the restaurant staff serving breakfast and afternoon tea, everyone looked unhappy! During my three-day stay, I had breakfast twice. Each time, the staff were arrogant and rude. Breakfast was order-based, and the food came out incredibly slowly. On the first day, we waited an hour and a half for breakfast, and only two dishes arrived. We couldn't wait any longer, so we told the waiter not to bother with the remaining two dishes as we were in a hurry. The second day, there were three of us. Knowing how slow the service was, my child and I opted for desserts, and only my husband ordered a Spanish omelet. We still waited 45 minutes, and the restaurant's air conditioning was freezing. I was so angry! The restaurant wasn't even busy, so I don't understand why it took so long! Since we had to pass by this restaurant every time we left, and heard they offered continuous snacks and afternoon tea, we tried to get afternoon tea three times, but never managed to get any. The first time, a male waiter curtly said: 'Come back in five minutes!' It was 5:27 PM, and afternoon tea started at 5:30 PM. I was infuriated by his attitude; I wasn't even trying to take anything, just looking to see what was available! But there was a language barrier, so we left. It was pretty much the same every time after that. I was shocked! For such an excellent service industry in Phuket, to have such rude staff is unbelievable. On the second day, because of the long wait for breakfast, I was clearly upset. The waiter noticed and actually slammed a plate near me, seemingly as an act of defiance! I admit the hotel's accommodations are good, but I didn't feel welcome at all, which was very upsetting! I've stayed at other hotels before and never felt this way! When I checked out, I wrote my complaints in the guestbook, and I'm leaving my first negative review here too! Oh, and while the living environment was good, the LG air conditioner in the room made a huge noise when it hadn't reached the target temperature, especially noticeable in the middle of the night.
