Very nice hotel in a convenient area and restaurants nearby, the pool and beach are also great, would love to come back again.

It was actually really nice and I saw a lot of fireworks and the staff was also super nice

The biggest asset of this resort is its staff..All of them greeted us with a smile & we appreciated their warmness. Very nice breaakfast & we never need to reserve any transat, we felt relaxed & stressless here. Grab is top to take us around & extremely easy to use. Waves are strong & not sutable for young children.

We had a pleasant stay. Good location. Clean facilities. Delicious food. It’s located right on the beach and walking distance to many restaurants and spa. Very good restaurant, for breakfast many western and asian options. Probably due to the close proximity of the city the beach is not very clean.

It is one of the best services in the world! The staff there was so nice, especially NAM! He has the nicest heart! I had lost my wallet on the car to this hotel, and this staff helped us contact the driver and help us get back the wallet, which contains over 17,000,000 VND! I was trying inf to call myself, but he offered help and even knocked on our hotel room door to ask if everything's ok! That was so nice of him! Also the beach was so good！ the room is good as well with great aircon and clean room!

I absolutely loved this hotel. It was so worth paying the extra for the beach front room. I felt very safe as a solo female traveler. There was always a guard outside at the beach. It was close to the town and I was able to walk.

Resort is located in really great area to go to downtown and many restaurants. Also, there is private beach is in front of resort which is so calm and quite. We stayed in beach front room. Even if beach front is a bit more expensive than garden view, I highly recommend you book this room type as to it’s breathtaking view you will have

The staff was exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to ensure my comfort, making me feel genuinely welcomed throughout my stay. The hotel is well-maintained and equipped with all the necessary amenities. My room was clean and comfortable, although I did notice that the shower lacked a door, which might be worth considering for future improvements. The breakfast spread was impressive, offering a wide variety of options to suit different tastes. It was a great way to start the day, with plenty of choices to enjoy. The hotel's overall ambiance was relaxing, making it a perfect retreat for anyone looking to unwind.!

All the staff was great especially Nam who’s very helpful and answered all our questions. He even recommended us good food and where to eat. The room was clean and bright, and the room service was always on time. Aside of that a few walks from your room, you can view beautiful sun set. Buffet breakfast was ok but will be more happy if they could change their menu every 2 days. Overall our stay was very pleasant and will definitely stay here again and recommend it to our friends. Last but not least, there’s a must-try dish when you come to Phu Quoc Island, Bun Quay. It’s a seafood bun (noodles) from Phu Quoc Island. The bonus is you can find a restaurant selling this noodle across the hotel (2min walk). The name of the restaurant is Kien Xay. Please go early as the shop is always crowded with tourists even locals also visit regularly.

Superb Location, excellent view

Everything is simply top-notch. The staff, the cleanliness, the breakfasts, the beach. It's simply very warm and comfortable.

The service was excellent, and they even helped deliver luggage to the room. The free airport shuttle was fantastic. The room was spacious and clean. The location is fantastic, right on the beach, and if you're lucky, you might even get a front-row view. Massage parlors are all around, and restaurants outside are generally open only in the evenings. The breakfast options were more extensive than I expected, and Phở was amazing! I recommend going early to eat, otherwise it's cold.
