Absolutely loved our stay here! We didn’t expect the resort to be so close to the busy streets but the way it was designed made it feel like a secluded tropical paradise! The staff was extremely nice and friendly and gave us great recommendations from the start! The pool is great and the room was big and surprisingly cool with the aircon. We were worried about some reviews about insects and the room not being clean but we had no issue like that at all. The breakfast and room service were also great and we enjoyed a massage at their spa too. After our stay we used the free shuttle back to the airport which was nice aswell. Overall we would really recommend this resort, especially considering the good price!

I rarely write reviews, but my experience at this hotel was so awful that I feel obligated to warn others. From the moment I checked in, things went downhill fast. First, I was shocked to find a snake in my room. Yes, an actual snake. That alone should’ve been enough to leave, but it didn’t end there. The room was infested with cockroaches, which made it impossible to relax or feel safe because I was awake midnight cause cockroaches crawl on my face! Too bad I can’t upload video here, the room is like cockroaches playground everywhere. When I approached the staff about these serious issues, their customer service was shockingly unhelpful and dismissive. There was no apology, no urgency, and definitely no offer to make things right. It felt like they didn’t care at all about guest safety or comfort. This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. I highly recommend you avoid this place at all costs. There are much better, safer options out there.

Hotel location is good , facilities have swimming pool and gym ( but gym can provide more equipment) breakfast counter have noodle , rice and egg counter, hotel check out time is 1200, if they can extend more two hours , that’s much better !

Pristine rooms, awesome staff, and a beautiful pool. Free breakfast was a treat—fresh and varied. Close to attractions, perfect for exploring. No downsides, just a wonderful vibe. Ideal for a stress-free escape. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for quality!

The property and rooms are very nicely presented, and the rooms are large. Unfortunately the air-conditioning didn't really cope well with the high celing. The shower has nice pressure. The WIFI is pretty good. It would nice if there was some channels on the TV - YouTube only. Also, muslie at breakfast would be good. The location is pretty good, walking distance to restaurants, bars, massage etc. Overall, pretty good.

Wonderful hotel! They welcomed us with a cocktail and we did what was necessary for our request regarding the vegetarian breakfast. The hotel was very clean and the pool very nice. The hotel restaurant is also of quality.

I recently stayed at a hotel that left a great impression on me. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The rooms were also really nice and had good facilities, which was a huge plus. I particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast that was served every morning, it was a great way to start the day. However, there were a few cons that I noticed during my stay. One of the issues was that the taxi drivers often confused between M Village and M Resort, as there were two M hotels located next to each other. This was a bit confusing and caused some inconvenience for us. On our last few days, some open burning was happening next to the hotel, which made our room smell a bit smoky. But when we complained to the staff, they immediately changed our room to a different one. Overall, though, I would still highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay.
