The property and rooms are very nicely presented, and the rooms are large. Unfortunately the air-conditioning didn't really cope well with the high celing. The shower has nice pressure. The WIFI is pretty good. It would nice if there was some channels on the TV - YouTube only. Also, muslie at breakfast would be good. The location is pretty good, walking distance to restaurants, bars, massage etc. Overall, pretty good.

Wonderful hotel! They welcomed us with a cocktail and we did what was necessary for our request regarding the vegetarian breakfast. The hotel was very clean and the pool very nice. The hotel restaurant is also of quality.

I recently stayed at a hotel that left a great impression on me. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The rooms were also really nice and had good facilities, which was a huge plus. I particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast that was served every morning, it was a great way to start the day. However, there were a few cons that I noticed during my stay. One of the issues was that the taxi drivers often confused between M Village and M Resort, as there were two M hotels located next to each other. This was a bit confusing and caused some inconvenience for us. On our last few days, some open burning was happening next to the hotel, which made our room smell a bit smoky. But when we complained to the staff, they immediately changed our room to a different one. Overall, though, I would still highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

Good location, Kind staff , delicious breakfast but when the weather is windy quite noisy because of the wind.

A very cost-effective hotel. The rooms are tall and large. The location is quite convenient. There are many restaurants and spas at the door. The downside is that there is no beach. However, the beaches in Phu Quoc Island are really average. It's also good to go to the resort with a beach opposite. It only takes about 20 minutes to get to the airport for 60,000 VND

It feels like I'm in a fairy tale. It's so good. The location, the friendliness, the breakfast, everything is great. It's so pretty that I can't help but admire it.
