Pullman Phu Quoc Beach Resort Reviews

We truly enjoyed our 3-night stay at this hotel. Everything was excellent—from the swimming pool and gym to the overall atmosphere. Dinner at Mad Cow restaurant was delightful; tasty food and a lovely environment. Although we missed the sunset due to rain, it looks amazing on clear days. The spa staff are highly skilled, creating a relaxing and chill vibe—we even went twice and loved their professional service. Huge thanks to Duong, the front desk manager, for being so kind and attentive to our feedback. We definitely plan to come back!

I enjoy the stay with my family and kids in Pullman Phu Quoc resorts. Especially my kids enjoy the large, clean swimming pools and relaxing private beach. The front desk and concierge are super friendly and helpful. The breakfast provide variety of choices for both adults and kids which everyone could pick their favorites. The staff are attentive, friendly, and accommodating, enhancing the overall hospitality experience. The resort also offers helpful amenities like free airport transfer and various activities. I would recommend this resorts to my friend and family for their future visit in Phu Quoc.

THe facilities are good and the hygenie condition is as good as expected. The staff are helpful and the food is tasty.

The hotel offers shuttle for the guests but hope the shuttle runs later than 20:00, it’s a bit early. Overall I love their services and staffs are kinds.

The service was good but the staff's English is not enough. Everytime we had an interaction with the staff we had to keep asking what they meant, because of their English. The pool is very big and clean, loved it. Also loved the poolbar. The room was smaller than we expected. The restaurants' food was super good. Loved it so much. I saw people's reviews complaining about the price, but if you have Accor+, the food is 50% off and 15% off for the beverages. Also saw many good comments about the breakfast, but it didn't reach our expectations. (One of the things I was disappointed was that they offer one type of pho each day, rotating them, while they could have offered all of them 😅） The hotel is a little far from the downtown, and the attractions such as the zoo and the theme park and stuff. Their shuttle bus goes to the downtown once a day at 5pm. I think they could've made a shuttle bus to go to the vinwonders and vinpearl too. But overall, it was a nice, peaceful.

Stayed at Pullman for 2 nights, booking two different room types. As there were very few Chinese guests and mostly Koreans during our visit, I'd like to share my personal experience. 1: The overall hotel service was excellent. Staff were always ready to assist with requests and greeted guests with smiles. 2: The breakfast deserves a special mention. Everyone in our group found it tastier than JW's, and while the variety wasn't as extensive, the flavors were definitely superior. It would have been great to have freshly cut mango every day – it was available on the first day but not the second. Similarly, pho was beef on the first day and chicken on the second; a bit more variety in the main dishes would be a welcome improvement. 3: Our high-floor sea view room had a noticeable musty smell upon entry, and the bed felt quite damp. Our entire family had to sleep in long-sleeved shirts and long pants, which made for an average night's sleep. Oddly, our other room, a ground-floor pool access room, had no smell and the bed wasn't damp at all. I really can't understand the difference. 4: Staff at the pool offered free inflation of swimming rings, and the environment was pleasant. 5: The beach environment was mediocre. There isn't much sandy beach left, and the waves were quite strong, making it unsuitable for children to play in the sea. It's more for looking at than playing in. 6: The gym was decent – a good option for a workout if it rains. The spa was just okay, not as good as traditional Thai massage. The kids' club, however, was excellent! It offered free drawing activities, cartoons, and even had its own private restroom.

Highly recommend. Amazing stay! Service is outstanding, every staff member is friendly and helpful, food at all hotel restaurants are delicious. The beach is convenient and many places to relax around the resort, even when it’s rainy.

The airport shuttle was smooth and easy — staff were clearly visible at arrivals, and advance email communication made booking hassle-free. The hotel is modern, spacious, and well-designed, with a large resort area and buggy service within the property. The beach and pools are well-maintained, with clean and inviting water. Our room was comfortable and thoughtfully laid out, featuring two sinks and a dry/wet separated bathroom — a great touch for convenience. The location is excellent — close to a night market and downtown. The hotel offers a shuttle service, and Grab rides in and out of the area are quick and easy. Breakfast offered plenty of variety with many choices. The Kids Club was a highlight, providing daily programs for children. Staff there, and throughout the resort, were friendly and helpful. Overall, a relaxing and family-friendly stay.

Our stay at Pullman was very comfortable and enjoyable. Our room was clean and big enough for our family. During our 10 day stay we were never bored with the superb and diverse breakfast buffet. There were western and eastern style dishes prepared with quality ingredients. The restaurants, pool bar and room service foods were delicious though a bit expensive compared to local restaurants. The spa was professional and affordable. We ended up getting spa treatments twice! The pool was huge with different areas for children and adults including a small water park for the kids. Our children also enjoyed the indoor playground, especially the activities organized by their attentive staff. The Pullman staff were all professional, attentive, and caring towards their guests. For our wedding anniversary, they greeted us with a delicious desert and personalized card in our room. We had a minor noise complaint regarding the restaurant upstairs. They solved the noise issue immediately and gifted us with a free bottle of wine. The spa staff was professional and attentive to our needs. Pullman Resort is near the airport with free transportation back and forth. It is also near Sao Beach and Sunset Town, but far from other tourist spots in the north. The only negative was trash found on the beach. While we were there the waves were rough and probably brought in the trash.

The hotel's location isn't ideal for exploring on foot right outside, but their shuttle bus service to the city center and airport is very convenient. The service was excellent, and we were very pleased. The hotel itself is beautiful, and our children absolutely loved it. For our family with two kids, we particularly appreciated the complimentary breakfast for up to two children under 13 per room. The welcome amenities were both beautiful and delicious. Although the ocean would sometimes wash up debris on the beach, the hotel staff were diligent about constantly cleaning it, keeping the area spotless. Breakfast was also delicious.

Overall hotel is average in terms of the newness, many parts in the room needs to touch up like the shower, wall, bed frame etc The good part is the bubbles party on every wed and sat at the pool. Everyone loves it. Breakfast was great and up to standard!

The bath was dirty, shower has no hot water, quite a few of cockroaches in our room. Staff was friendly and public facilities are well maintained.
