Overall hotel is average in terms of the newness, many parts in the room needs to touch up like the shower, wall, bed frame etc The good part is the bubbles party on every wed and sat at the pool. Everyone loves it. Breakfast was great and up to standard!

The bath was dirty, shower has no hot water, quite a few of cockroaches in our room. Staff was friendly and public facilities are well maintained.

Thank you to the hotel for the lovely birthday decorations and the small cake for my daughter—it was such a thoughtful surprise! Overall, the service was excellent. The breakfast had a wide variety of delicious food and was the tastiest among the three hotels we stayed at during our trip. The pool was clean and spacious, and all the staff were polite and attentive. The hotel also offers great value for money. The only minor downside was that a staff member promised to bring us an extra blanket but unfortunately never did. Despite this small hiccup, we had a wonderful stay and would happily return!

Nice hotel, thank you your front office team, especial khoa and the handsome guys ,who assisted with my luggage and drive us to room, his name likely is Sun? All staffs are friendly, with kindness coming from the heart. Highly recommended those who would like to travel to Phu Quoc island.

this trip we stay in family suite, very big connection room with big bath tube. Nice environment with beach and swimming pool. Breakfast is great and highly recommend to stay in this hotel

One of the staff members misled me, seems like they were collaborating with the private car driver.(they pretend they are the grab driver, don't know why they never pick the orders onljne) The water park wasn't actually closed(10-15min), so I don't understand why I was advised to go to the safari instead.(45min+)

Really enjoyed my stay at Pullman. The restaurants are truly delicious and I strongly suggest to book CABANA room with pool. It will give you executive access for check in and check out, executive breakfast access for another restaurant so you will avoid the crowds

The hotel itself is nice, nice beach for sunset view also. Just a few comments: 1) I came back to the room at 5:30pm for shower, and somehow they are still cleaning the room 2) Missing towels for 2 days, and I need to call room service, 30 mins wait 3) Some staffs do not even under single English word like “toilet”, sounds weird to me for a 5 star hotel

We enjoyed very much our 7 nights stay at Pullman, the pool is nice and big, however the floor is very slippery at the kids splash area, it would be important to fix that for safety. Our room is decent, clean, the only thing I would suggest is to replace the hair conditioner with different brand. Breakfast is the best, lots of options and tasty. We also had a lovely dinner at Mad Cow, View was incredible and the food was very good! They also have foam party at the pool few days a week around 4pm, the kids had so much fun! Pullman Hotel is near the airport, and easy to get to the south side attraction, such as sunset town, cable car etc. We will definitely go back to Pullman again.

The bed sheet and pillows are the most horrible. The bed sheet is dirty I feel like there is sand on it, while the pillows are smelly. I asked the house keeping to change the both but apparently they just tidied them up coz the pillows still have the same awful smell. As for the facilities in the room, I see mold and broken edges in the shower, the sink and the closet. The bottles for shower gel is broken. The conditioner is not conditioning my hair at all. The breakfast has many choices but most of them tastes awful. My husband and I were sick. I threw up and my husband got diarrhea. We asked for some pills in 3am and the front desk asked us to wait until 830am before a nurse could give us pills. The overall experience in Pullman is so bad that I had to leave a review.

The experience was wonderful overall. I reserved a balcony room with a sea view, offering a stunning vista where you could watch fireworks from the room—quite romantic. The staff was accommodating, but the downside was the abundance of mosquitoes; I even got bitten while sleeping
