Regarding the water supply issue, the hotel's water system was undergoing maintenance and upgrades at that time, which unfortunately caused occasional interruptions in water availability. We understand this is inconvenient, but we have since completed the necessary repairs.As for the room construction, our hotel is built using standard brick walls, which are common in Vietnam. While we ensure the quality of our facilities, it is important to note that soundproofing cannot always be perfect due to the structure.Regarding the bedding, most of our linens are white, which can sometimes leave slight traces of discoloration, even after thorough cleaning. We assure you that the linens are fully sanitized and cleaned to the highest hygiene standards.We also apologize for any inconvenience caused by insects. Our hotel is designed with a bungalow-style layout surrounded by a lush garden and pool area. While we do our best to manage such situations, there may occasionally be small insects entering the rooms, especially if windows or doors are left open. However, closing the doors can significantly minimize this issue. Rest assured, these insects are harmless and do not affect cleanliness.Lastly, some issues you encountered are beyond the hotel's control, and we sincerely apologize for any negative impact they may have had on your experience.
