EN Hotel Hamamatsu Reviews

The hotel is good but very basic. It's clean and conveniently located close to the train station but nothing to write home about.

A simple spacious room with 4 beds that accommodates our family of 4. The bathroom is rather compact but it's clean. Walking distance to Hamamatsu station with few malls nearby.

For English speakers, just check the video and you will know how noisy the central air -conditioner is. The reception just told me every room is as noisy as that, just above the bed whole night. 我这人几乎不写差评的，这次可要给咱中国朋友把故事来龙去脉好好讲一讲了： 第一天晚上入住以后，中央空调实在是吵得睡不着，想着第二天就不续住了，但是我居然找了携程客服、而且相信了携程客服的3小时必回复，结果等来的回复就是已经在努力了哦！ 第二天一早我跟客服确认是否可以我先退房、客服继续沟通，客服说是，结果又是一整天浪费掉了，全程携程就是在发邮件给代理、无任何进展。 第二天晚上，携程告诉我结果是退不了房了、只能继续住。 Check in的时候，男前台(非日本人)告诉我不能换房间、原来的房间我已经用过了、退房了他们也没有打扫，**他们每一个房间的中央空调都是这么吵的、换也没有用** 总结几个硬槽点： 1、酒店房间里的中央空调特别吵，影响睡眠的那种。 2、讲英语的前台明显对华人不友好(对比讲日语的前台)：第一天晚上入住的时候我还提出我感冒了、卫生纸可能不够用想多要卷卫生纸，她还跟我说一定够用的。 3、携程客服P用没有！全程只会说在处理了(就是给代理发邮件)，英文好的朋友还不如直接去前台吵。

Hotel is clean and staff is friendly. Can do my laundry there for 400 yen (300 wash + 100 dryer)

The hotel room was a lot smaller than I expected. It’s possibly because of the difference in photos online and the actual room in person. The stay was ok. I was only at the hotel for sleep or stopping by to drop something off. The location is extremely good since it’s right by the station. I would give full marks in that. If you’re not staying at the hotel for long, I recommend it.

Cheap and it’s okay

Not far from the Shinkansen, the location is good, suitable for transit and rest, clean and neat, no odor, suitable for traveling alone,

Hamamatsu is very small, and the water torii is worth watching the sunset. It is very close to Hamamatsu Station, and there are many places to eat nearby, including many eel rice dishes and Hamamatsu dumplings. The bed is quite comfortable, but you can hear the sound of trains in the middle of the night because it is close to the station. There is 24-hour coffee and tea at the front desk

It was close to the station, the room was a good size, and there were multiple electrical outlets, which was helpful. However, the bathroom didn't seem to have any ventilation, so as soon as I opened the door there was a damp smell. It was disappointing that the bathroom walls and mirror were still wet when I used it at night. The staff were very kind, so I'll use it again if I have the opportunity.

They were able to store my suitcase before I checked in, which was extremely helpful for me going to a concert in the rain. I think most of the guests that day were going to a concert, but they were very kind and didn't seem bothersome at all when I checked in.★Even in heavy rain, the station is just around the corner, and there's everything near the hotel, so it's great.

The lobby smelled like cigarettes, the room was supposed to be non-smoking but smelled like cigarettes, and the breakfast was Royal Host.
