Best Western Plus Executive Residency Phoenix North Happy Valley

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a truly wonderful experience from start to finish. From the moment I checked in, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. They were attentive, professional, and always willing to help with even the smallest requests. It really set the tone for the rest of my stay. The room was incredibly clean and well-maintained, with thoughtful amenities that made the experience both comfortable and relaxing. The bed was soft yet supportive, the linens felt fresh, and the overall setup of the room made it easy to unwind after a long day. Housekeeping did an excellent job each day, ensuring everything was spotless and perfectly organized. The location of the hotel was also very convenient, with easy access to public transportation, restaurants, and local attractions. Whether I needed a quick bite or wanted to explore the area, everything was within walking distance or a short ride away. Another highlight was the breakfast. The selection was impressive—fresh fruits, pastries, hot dishes, and great coffee. It was the perfect way to start the morning. The dining staff were friendly and kept everything well-stocked and tidy, even during busy hours. Throughout my stay, everything felt smooth and effortless. The hotel’s atmosphere was peaceful, the interior was aesthetically pleasing, and all the facilities were well taken care of. It’s clear that the management and staff take great pride in maintaining a high standard of service and cleanliness. Overall, I had an amazing stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. Amazing Stay! Housekeeper Jacob is super nice. Clean room and fair enough breakfast included. Good coffee. Highly recommended if you’re gonna stay in this neighborhood in Phoenix.

Does the job Nothing special

Such a quiet hotel! The room look clean but if you look closely with detail it's dirty. The plates and pots was greasy. The fridge have tiny pieces of food. They dont really clean the room to super clean, well that's what we paid for 130$ room so I won't complained. Breakfast here is pretty good! I requested higher floor or near center room my request was denied so don't ask for this. Their was only like 5 cars outside. I'm sure not everyone room is filled. Got a room near exit which is a creepy vibe.

After experiencing flight delays on our flight from London to Phoenix, 90 minutes on the tarmac, and the luggage system at Phoenix airport screwing up, my wife and I were jet lagged, tired, and frustrated beyond belief. Cancelling plans that night to drive to Flagstaff, we needed a place to stay before we ended up in divorce court. We were very thankful to find the Best Western in Happy Valley. The receptionist, Bishar, was helpful beyond belief and a real lifesaver. He bettered the deal we had found on the internet, helped up get all our zillion bags to the room, and refusing to believe that we weren't hungry, arranged for a hot snack. I've stayed over the years at a lot of hotels, I've never quite had a receptionist like Bishar. The morning staff were also friendly and helpful, especially Rosemary. The room was quiet, clean and comfortable. If I had to come up with one 'need to improve' comment, man, those eggs at breakfast were a bit strange looking.
