All reservations are subject to our standard screening and verification process to ensure the best experience for both guests and homeowners.• Pool heat is an optional add-on charge and must be applied for the duration of the reservation. Hot tub heat is included with the reservation. Waterfalls are non-operation when pool heat is on.• A signed rental agreement is required to book this home• NO bachelor parties, weddings, or other events are allowed• Standard occupancy is limited to 12 guests - each additional guest up to maximum occupancy of 14 guests is $150 more per person per nightExceeding maximum occupancy without prior approval will result in an additional $250 per person per night• No loud noise after 9 pm. Violation could result in removal without refund.• A valid credit card is required for all incidentals• Cancellation of a reservation will result in a loss of all rents paid• Reservations are non-refundableAfter you book, you will send us your personal email address so we can send you our rental agreement. We will collect a credit card and ID to place on file. In order for us to verify your identity, we must collect a CC. You are agreeing to submit ALL of this information to us after you book.
