Everyone was fantastic from Vince the shuttle driver, right up until we checked out a week later. Room was great and despite the relative proximity to the airport, we rarely heard one while inside. Breakfast buffet changes slightly everyday and was always being attended. Machines in gym seemed to be in good working order. My only knock is the carpets in 3rd hallway need attention. Walking distance to some food and even some shops.

Wow. It is not an exaggeration to say this hotel exceeded every single expectation. When we arrived I was happy to learn parking was free. I then was surprised at just how spacious and nice the room was. We all slept amazing! Breakfast was also really delicious and had a wide range of items. We were travelling with a toddler so we really loved that they had little colouring books and crayons for kids. The pool was also lovely and a perfect temperature. And finally the customer service was excellent. I wish every hotel experience was a lovely as this. I will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Phoenix!

Found a bed bug on my pillow. Manager blamed me stating that I must have brought it in or one of my clients that I visited with in the lobby. Wow - I've never seen a bed bug until that night and all my clients are very well cared for. I will never stay at this hotel again!

Met the needs of 3 beds and close to the airport. Pool and breakfast were a bonus.
Cost was a little on the higher end.

Everyone was friendly. Easy to access. The pool was way too hot, felt like a hot tub. Curtain in our room 406 has blood splattered on it and the pull out table to eat was covered in food. Not a terrible experience, but might not return

We always stay here when we have a PHX layover. Excellent service! 10-15 wait on shuttle pick up. Quick and easy check in. Spacious and comfortable bed and room. Breakfast is always a treat in the morning-great selection and free shuttle back to airport.

Great for family with full kitchenette
Spacious room, clean rooms and bathroom, close to the airport. And good breakfast, you don't have to find a place for breafast
