So dirty and run down. My feet were black from walking in the room barefoot within the hour. Counters also really dirty. Every surface has dirty and grime. I stayed three nights. Went to the front desk to ask for more towels and they said they wouldn’t give them to me since they weren’t servicing my room that day.

Dirty. No dishes. TV not smart TV. Very very dated. Front desk clerk only second day on the job. When asked to speak to the manager we were told he was at the bar. No manager on site anytime during that night only this clerk two days into the job no training

The bed is nice and fluffy. The best bed I’ve been in, I’m such a long time. The sofa bed doesn’t have sheets or pillows, so you will need to bring your own or ask. Everything is on an asked basis. The forks they don’t have. Was given 2 spoons 4 knifes The room to the door is an issue, someone knocked and proceeded to open it. The latch works but the deadbolt doesn’t. * on top of all this they expect you to pay more for faster internet. If I knew that from the start I wouldn’t have booked a place here.

Room is filthy and smells. I literally had to clean the bathroom just to use the toilet. The floor looks horrible hasn’t been vacuumed in forever, dust covered everything.. . Has a kitchen but no coffee pot or anything. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Flew in late and had already prepaid a week stay, glad they let us look at the rooms before a final check in…each room we looked at was dirty, electrical sockets and light fixtures hanging out of the walls, doors and windows not shutting securely, beds were just box springs with blankets and pillows, which were also dirty, cabinet and drawer fronts missing or hanging by a corner, and the list goes on…Needless to say we opted to go elsewhere. DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Side note, a family of four checking in at the same time saw different rooms then we did and also reported the same issues, they also left and went elsewhere!

BF has been at this property for 5 weeks for work leaving in a few days came back from work on Thursday the day of housekeeping and his Xbox controller headset and 150$ new Nikes missing front desk not concerned said come back in the morning after making a felony burglary report spoke with the GM this morning no action except we will investigate it I called corporate made a complaint form who ch the 2 front desk folks did not due per policy GM stated they will review card access to room 24 hours later nothing from them called and followed up still nothing DONT STAY HERE
