Impeccable service from all employees. They made our experience absolutely wonderful. The grounds were stunning, the food at T Cooks was fabulous. You can tell they care about the quality of the ingredients used. We were there on our anniversary and they did a nice surprise and delight gesture to help us celebrate. We can’t wait to return!

This is my fourth time at Royal Palms Resort, mainly because I find it the best in town, so why go somewhere else, especially in the summer months when rates are lower? The staff make me feel fabulous, and I always get first-class service...no exceptions. It's nice to know in this day and age there is a resort like Royal Palms Resort where it feels like stepping back in time with the superior architecture and natural building materials, along with 5-star customer service. Pool is open 24 hours, which allows me to do laps any time of the day or night. The pool is a salt pool, so easy on the hair and skin. I like the King room with the sitting room, desk, sofa, chair and bar.

This historic property is well-situated in the Arcadia district, close to Camelback Mountain and not far from the airport and great shops and bars. The property itself is charming with alcoves and outdoor seating areas, as well as reflective green spaces and a nice pool and outdoor hot tub. Flowers abound the walkways. I went for the spa and was not disappointed. My facial and CBD treatment (which included a soak, scrub, and massage) were top-notch, with excellent, professional, and skilled technicians. Staff were helpful but not overbearing, and the overall spa experience was delightful. While the food at the resort was average, the dining staff was pleasant. Having visited a number of other spas in Arizona, including in Sedona, I would recommend this one.
