Wonderful place to stay after a busy week visiting family. We needed a nice quiet oasis with an outdoor pool to decompress. This hotel had it all, lovely room, food and attention in the restaurant was top notch, the pool was perfect for us.

Nel complesso molto buono anche se la struttura meriterebbe una ristrutturazione totale. Comunque lo standard delle strutture ad Ischia è parecchio basso e questo è uno dei pochi hotel dell’isola abbordabile ma allo stesso tempo bello. Lo staff è molto gentile e disponibile, la struttura pulita, il cibo buono considerando la quantità elevata di persone che la cucina serve. Torneremo sicuramente.

I wasn’t exactly thrilled about visiting Phoenix in August, right in the middle of the summer heat. But I ended up being so pleasantly surprised! The hotel was wonderfully quiet and much more affordable in the off-season. The staff couldn’t have been more welcoming, and the blast of cold air every time we walked in felt just as refreshing as the icy drinks served all over the property. The views and gardens were still stunning in August, and it’s true .. “dry heat” really is easier to handle than our usual Houston humidity, even at 113°. The hotel’s location was perfect for everything we wanted to do, from visiting ASU to catching a baseball game at Chase Field (which, thankfully, is also covered and air-conditioned!). We loved both the on-site restaurant and the pool … great food, great service, and a charming, historic atmosphere. All in all, this boutique resort completely won me over, and I’d absolutely recommend it. August turned out to be a surprisingly wonderful time to visit!
