This was a good visit. Check in went smooth and front desk people were very nice. The room still had a $5 tip sitting on the table, no coffee cups, 1 glass was missing it's little paper covering. The shower was a bit sketchy on if someone had used it and the iron was sitting out. I feel they cleaned the room and then someone used the room for a quick change. I really don't know. It was late, we were tired, so we told the front desk - they did offer to move our room - but the bed looked fine so we just stayed. Also in this room the toilet always looked like it was on the verge of overflowing. I would have someone check that out.
Breakfast was good and all the staff were very friendly.

this hotel is my favorite in Biltmore area. So clean. The staff is nice and they renovated rooms are amazing

Good stay, comfortable bed except the pillows uncomfortable I got stiff neck waking up in the morning. Breakfast good made to order eggs hot and fresh selection Mea and veggies you want at 7am. but they open 6am for breakfast ready sausage, bacon, potatoes and scrambled eggs.

I arrived for a 4-day stay and was given Rm 301. I entered and saw that the bathtub paint was peeling. I took a pic and used the hotel app to share it with staff (Blake). He did not respond. The next day when I turned on the water the paint peeled off the bathtub. I took a pic and sent it to the staff (Luis). He said he would tell maintenance. The next day I texted Luis to see if maintenance would come. He didn’t respond. Unfortunately no one ever came to repair the peeling paint.

Do not let the fancy driveway, chandelier and larger atrium fool you. The rooms may be large. However, paint chipping in roo.s. AC not working. Phones not working. Bathtub has tile peeled away. Serious it is like a motel 6 but the outside looks like Ritz. You are paying high end but getting way less. I travel a lot and I had to change three rooms before finally getting one that everything working. There are plenty and I mean plenty of other hotels within the vicinity to stay. My final room was next to the pool and all I smelled was chlorine all night. Hope this helps. David

When we first arrived, we were pleasantly surprised at how nice it looked. Then we went to the front desk to check in, after checking in online and choosing our room. The front desk employee was rude. Also, the room that we had chosen when we checked in online, was changed. When asked why we’re not getting the room that we chose, we were told they didn’t know might be a water leak. When we came up to our newly assigned room, the cold water faucet in the bathroom did not work. We did complain to the front desk. OK, fast-forward two days and when they cleaned our room, they did a terrible job. They left dirty dishes in the sink, didn’t empty the trash and the nightstands on either side of the bed moved and our phone chargers were on the floor. And still the cold water didn’t work. We complained again and the maintenance employee came up. Removed the front panel on the vanity and discovered that the cold water had been turned off. Not sure why, but it had been turned off. We also had a problem with our TVs in the room and it took a day to get those fixed. The next day they didn’t bother to clean the room. When we called down to the front desk after being out all day, we requested towels. After 30 minutes, we still didn’t have towels, so we went down to the front desk. We were told the employee that delivers the towels was on break and they’d bring them up when they come back. The front desk said it was not their fault that we hadn’t got the towels yet. We waited another 20 minutes and finally got towels. This hotel has really gone downhill and is definitely not worth the money and is not a good representation of Hilton properties. The only positive thing I can say is that the employees that work the morning breakfast were great and the bartenders that work the evening reception and the restaurant do a great job.
