3rd time staying here to move our son in/out of college. All staff ( front desk, evening reception, breakfast service and food service) were very friendly. Hotel is very clean and customer service is excellent. We did have to switch rooms initially due to an old/musty smell. They were very accommodating with the room switch,.

Excellent friendly staff. Clean rooms. Great happy hour. The front desk sr rep. Moses was awesome and helpful. Parking underground and secure. We would definitely stay there again. Also, join the hilton Honors program. Too get great rewards.

The room was excellent, very clean very large. There was a large selection of food for breakfast and happy hour in the evening was nice. Both of those were included in your room price. My only complaint was the room was noisy from the street traffic. It was loud at night. But otherwise it was a very nice stay.

Hotel was clean and early check-in through the app was flawless, Embassy cook-to-order breakfast was great (as always) but then after breakfast we realized there was no hot water at all. Tried to call the front desk and no answer, we went downstairs to find there was only one employee and the counter was surrounded by guests - all of whom were talking about there being no hot water in their rooms either. Unfortunately, we had an early morning event that we could not delay or reschedule while waiting to see if the hot water would get restored and since we were only staying for the one night it definitely made our stay a bummer.

Once again a remarkable and awesome place when away from home. Unfortunately I cant remember all the names of the staff but Luis , Mayra and Gabriel in hospitality that includes the bar and restaurant were remarkable. As we know when traveling at times it may feel lonely and far away . The entire staff from the wonderful breakfast till the end of day night cap treated visitors like family. Looking at the reviews I noticed lots of what I would call insignificant complaints of things that don’t matter to the person who is looking for a clean and ideal location for events. As far as anything negative I have nothing to write. Room, bed and pillows were comfortable. Indoor pool was clean and available. Self parking easy. Safe travels and all the best.

This hotel has a great location but is getting pretty dated. In particular, the rooms are very dark. The lights are few and don’t put out much light. The bathroom is pretty dated with shower/tub combo. The hotel interior of the hotel outside of the rooms is nice.
