I recently stayed at this hotel and was disappointed with the service I received at the front desk. The staff member, Isiah, appeared to be very new and seemed unprepared, which led to a frustrating check-in experience. Questions were answered inconsistently, and important details about my stay weren’t clearly communicated. What concerned me most was that he refused to validate my parking ticket, something that has always been done during my previous visits. This added unnecessary inconvenience and left me feeling that he wasn’t familiar with standard procedures. While everyone needs time to learn, front desk service shapes a hotel’s first impression. I believe that providing better training and support for new employees would greatly improve guest experience. I hope management addresses these issues so that future visits can reflect the level of service this hotel is usually known for.

Hilton establishments are always top-notch, and I was expecting the Embassy suites in downtown phoenix to be no different. The front desk team was knowledgeable and accommodating. My room was spacious , clean, and cozy. Everything I love about the Hilton brand was there! Best of all was Luis. If you have the time and opportunity to meet Luis down at the bar. Please do so. Such a pleasure! He’s kind, funny, gracious, hospitable, and authentic. A reason to return again and again. This establishment is a hidden gem in downtown Phoenix.

I only stayed here one night, but would've stayed here longer if I could! This hotel was great! The rooms are huge suites with a separate living room and bedroom. The breakfast is bigger than anything I have seen at other hotels. The made to order section was hidden, but very nice. Just disappointed, I didn't get to use my free drink at the evening reception.

First night only cost $124, and I asked for two nights when I made the reservation at the front desk. The only reason I gave them four stars instead of five is because the second night cost more than double the first night. My wife had just had surgery and we weren’t able to travel 250 miles home by vehicle. I also didn’t like that the tub drained slowly. Definitely appreciated the hot cooked meal for breakfast! Try the omelette they’re the best! The gentleman at the front desk was indeed kind and I would say thank you to him except you didn’t tell me that the second night was gonna cost more than double.

3rd time staying here to move our son in/out of college. All staff ( front desk, evening reception, breakfast service and food service) were very friendly. Hotel is very clean and customer service is excellent. We did have to switch rooms initially due to an old/musty smell. They were very accommodating with the room switch,.
