This was my first visit to Phoenix, AZ, and I chose this hotel due to the proximity of things within walking distance. When I arrived, I had numerous questions. I was checked in by Deseree, who was the most helpful of all the staff that I encountered. I was in town for four days and spoke to the front desk every day, asking questions, but they were not as friendly as Deseree. When I was checking out, the second most helpful person was the A.M. front desk agent, who told me about all of the things within walking distance of the hotel. My only other issue was housekeeping. I didn't get any despite not having my DND sign on my door. I was away for most of the day. This location was convenient, offering a variety of food options right behind the hotel and just 20-30 minutes from Scottsdale, AZ. I was told there were museums in the area as well. While the staff wasn't as accommodating as I would have liked, I would stay at this hotel again due to its convenient location and proximity to the trolley line.

Wouldn’t recommend staying here. The city lace cancelled my reservation without notice then mocked and laughed in my face when i brought up the issue. Totally discriminating I wouldn’t stay here ever
