We stayed here to go to a nearby event at the Phoenix Art Museum. Staff was very friendly and helpful as they took photos of us dressed up for the gala with our daughter. The room itself was comfortable enough and pretty quiet for where it was on Central. The place was a good walk home from the gallery, but not too much. My wife and daughter had the free breakfast and family stays with free breakfast are always a bonus. Value was good on a combination of cash and Hilton points.

Hotel was amazing! But please get rid of Virginia at the front desk. Not sure if the front desk is the right place for someone who clearly doesn’t enjoy interacting with people. Maybe a role in the back—away from customers—would be more her speed. No smile, no basic courtesy, just pure attitude. Definitely not the kind of welcome a business should aim for.

Bad Hotel Desk Staff The desk staff at this hotel was terrible. I was driving in from Los Angeles to move my son into his college dorm for his freshman year. I called them and told them that I wouldn't be getting in until the second day (of a two-day stay) but I didn't mind paying for the first night anyway. They said it would be OK but when I got there they had canceled my reservation and labeled it a "no show." It was a terrible beginning to what was supposed to be a fantastic experience of moving my son into the dorms. I ended up finding another room at the Courtyard Marriott. They were great.

Perfect! My husband and I did a little get away and took in a baseball game! The front desk were very nice and helpful. The room was perfect! Overall we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again!!

This hotel is perfect for everything, for me. The food was wonderful the rooms are so clean and beds are so comfortable, my family really liked the hotel that is why I booked there again. They staff so friendly. No worries about Transportation all is there th train the buses.
