Felt like home
Staying here was the cherry on the top of the cake . First time visiting Philadelphia and we enjoyed the city and our stay in this residency.
They provide clear instructions of check in and check out and everything went smooth.

Convenable mais sans plus
Convenable mais sans plus. La fenêtre de la chambre (qui donne sur une rue tres passante) ne se ferme pas (pour permettre d’avoir de la climatisation) du coup la seule chambre est très bruyante. Il n’y a pas de volets et les rideaux ne sont pas assez occultants.
La cuisine est très satisfaisante. Mais il n’y a pas de microonde, de produits pour la vaisselle, d’éponge…
Il y a un lave linge, un sèche linge… mais pas de produits également…
Un gros plus pour le système de “clefs” via un verrouillage à code.

Can only give it 3 stars
I chose this property because I thought it offered a good value, but I can only give it 3 stars. Available parking turned out to be street parking. The bedroom still had a portable A/C unit installed that prevented the window to close, worsening the insulation from the cold and noise. The bathroom lacked a towel hook or bar. Finally, there is no dishwasher nor cleaning supplies provided to take advantage of fridge and kitchen.
