"We inadvertantly booked Trip.com instead of Hilton directly as I always do. 2 rooms. When we arrived, one room was ready but the other was not. They told us to come back closer to 2pm. We did. Wasn't ready. Come back closer to 3pm, and we were told, ”it may be closer to the guaranteed time of 4pm.” We had reservations and that would push us. However, we came back at 3 and were told that ”because you're third party.....” Everyone around us was getting a key but our room wasn't ready. We were made to feel like third class citizens because we were ”third party.” I wasn't given a chance to show my Hilton Honors number because we were ”third party.” Well, the ”guaranteed” time of 4pm came and went, and we were getting anxious about missing our reservation. At 4:20 the representative went to a manager and got some sort of waiver but explained the room was not the one we paid for. (Two queens) but instead it was 1 queen and beside the elevator. By now we were so late we just went with it. We wasted more than 3 hours in the lobby, were made to feel inferior because we were ”third party” and we had a substandard room when we paid for better. Bad experience, made worse by bad policy, insensitivity of representative by continued bexplanation that the reason everyone else was getting their room because we were ”third party”, apparently a form of low class in Hilton. Well, I'm a Hilton Honors member for decades, and while we made a mistake because you sold rooms to a third party and we were usurped online, our mistake ruined a perfectly good visit."

"The hotel was situated around the block from my daughter’s home which we were here to pack for a move, which made it perfect - however the mandatory two night minimum during April - not a holiday wknd- seemed crazy. The room was fine, the balcony overlooking the courtyard and pool would have been fabulous in better weather - however the noise level was horrible. The bar, I assume, was very loud til quite late and the other guests could be heard early the next morning. All in all, it served a purpose and I paid for two nights when only able to stay for one because of the proximity to my daughter but probably wouldn’t stay there again."

"I simply cannot say enough about this center city hotel. From the first line knowledgeable, friendly receptionist(s) on both shifts; actually EVERY staff member was friendly (I really wish I'd written down names); to the cleanliness of all aspects of the hotel to include the rooms and especially the bathroom area with the DOVE soap/shampoo/body wash, good water pressure, comfortable beds, fridge and microwave. And last but certainly not least.......the breakfast..... from the 1 minute pancake maker to hot everything else including fat biscuits, to the cold breakfast beverage(s) machine and good coffee. In/out Parking co-located with the hotel. My second year in a row. I'm impressed. and we'll be back. Keep up the good work."

"The hotel is next to the City Hall! Opposite is the cinema ~ There seemed to be many celebrities coming and going in the evening bar activities haha ​​~ There was a handsome middle-aged man at the front desk who had lived in China for 6 years. He spoke great Chinese and checked in in Chinese 😎 The bed in the room was very comfortable!"

"Breathtaking! Unparalleled window view, location, decoration, friendly staff, clean room with whole-set gears! Pool, public areas… all lovely. Cleaning ladies come in 7 days, and you need your own toothbrush and slippers. Recommend!"

"The location of the hotel is very good. It is surrounded by historical and cultural attractions and former residences of celebrities in Philadelphia. It is a ten-minute walk from Chinatown. It is very convenient to eat Chinese food. There are many large shopping malls around. The factory stores of Nike and Columbia are worth visiting. The hotel rooms are large and the service is good , Anyway, I personally feel pretty good."

"There is a shuttle bus to the airport, 20 minutes. Free coffee, computers and printers are available in the lobby. Very close to the airport. But going to the city is far away, driving for about 30 minutes"

"Very disappointed, I stayed one night in a petite corner room prior to my event and my company has reserved 3 other nights at the same hotel. I wanted to move to the room that my company reserved but they cancelled my company's reservation and kept me in the small room. They lied to me saying that all rooms that the company reserved were petite rooms and when I checked with the company and others staying in the same hotel, their rooms were much bigger and better than mine. I don't appreciate the lies, and how they were not accommodating at all."

"Traveling with my family, I booked a suite. I read the reviews after booking. I was a little confused, but my family comforted me that it was only for one night. After checking in, I felt pretty good. After all, the price was less than RMB 900. It was still a good deal for 5 people. The sofa bed in the living room was quite large. The sanitary conditions of the room were okay, and there were no bugs or unclean bedding mentioned in some negative reviews."
