The location is perfect — very beautiful and close to everything, including the pier and nearby stores. The hotel itself is good and offers a lovely view. However, the bathroom is below average, and they don’t provide essentials like toothbrushes, extra water, or other basic amenities. If you’re looking for a place that’s very conveniently located, this is the right spot for you.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The room and washroom were infested with cockroaches, which was extremely unhygienic and unacceptable. To make matters worse, the staff started calling us multiple times to check out even though it wasn’t even 11 AM yet. We had already informed them that we were traveling with a baby, but they showed no consideration or understanding. This lack of cleanliness and poor customer service made our stay very unpleasant. Location wise good

We had room facing the beach, the view was lovely but music from beach nightclubs was unbearable every night, not one English chanel on a TV with snowy reception, breakfast cold and the one morning there was a cockroach running over food I told staff and just got a shrug, hotel needs some serious updating, plus side pool is nice, I wouldn't stay there again.

In general it was a nice stay, the pros beat the cons. The location, views and service were worth it, even after knowing more about this hotel history. The hotel is really well located, very close to the island central area and harbors (for tours and ferry). The staff was waiting us by the ferry and helped to carry the luggage back to the hotel. The staff was very friendly in general, except for some on the pool bar. The stay was very confortable and the view from the pool is stunning! The hotel is old and need some refurbishment, mainly inside the rooms, but it is understandable. Many complaints about the party noises, but I believe there are almost no place in the village to avoid them, the bars exaggerate on the "music" bass level. The hotel supply earplugs to help with it, in case you have difficulty sleeping. The breakfast was really complete and nice, but the time to refill the stations could be improved. Another point of improvement may be the cleaning. Unfortunately, we found a insect (seemed like a roach) inside the safe.

The best thing about this hotel is its location: right on the isthmus and near the ferry pier. The views from the room were gorgeous. The room itself is decent, but the bed is quite hard, and aspects of the room are dilapidated, especially in the bathroom. Cleanliness was just OK, as I think the bathrooms need a deep clean to feel completely comfortable. The room size is great, and it has a safety deposit box, which was nice. Breakfast was just OK, but with quite a few options.

Phi Phi Cabana Hotel offers a convenient location, just a 5-minute walk from the bustling main pier. The friendly staff provided helpful service, enhancing our overall experience. The hotel's amenities, including the large pool, were satisfactory. However, we were slightly disappointed with the cleanliness of the rooms. The room was full of mosquitos upon arrival. While the hotel's location, service, and amenities were commendable, we believe that a higher standard of cleanliness is necessary to fully elevate the guest experience. Despite this, Phi Phi Cabana Hotel remains a solid choice for those seeking a comfortable stay on Phi Phi Island.

Absolutely stunning hotel, location in one word Wow!!! Rooms yes a little dated but with everything you need, views overlooking the pool and beach, amazing!!! Definitely recommend, love this place.

This hotel is at a very convenient location, a short walk from Tonsai pier, so there are a lot of food options and activities nearby. The rooms are big and clean with an amazing view of the beach. We definately recomment staying here!

The hotel was gorgeous and the location was spectacular. The hotel staff were also quite friendly and helpful. This is a great hotel to stay at.

Location was perfect! right on the main beach, not too close to the loud parties and bars which was nice x Our room was very dirty when we first went in, bed sheets hadn’t been swapped from previous guests (stains and marks) our shower wasn’t working (lucky by partner is a plumber) and the cleaners wouldn’t come in to clean our room until 4:30/5 each day which was a little annoying as we like to go back at that time for a shower and get ready for the evening. Breakfast was not pleasant. The pool area was lovely and immaculate, sunbeds looking over the sea which was beautiful. Really helped being close to the boats etc as it meant we didn’t have to take our luggage far.

hotel was good..breakfast was good...shower was bad.water is changing from cold to hot.....it looks that hotel need updating...no lift..
