This hotel is absolutely perfect! I really love how clean and fresh. The pleasant scent throughout the property makes it even more welcoming. All the staff are friendly, polite, and always willing to help. We had such a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed our time here. Highly recommended!

My stay here was a complete disaster due to two main reasons:appalling service and horrific noise levels.
1. Service: The two women at the front desk were consistently rude and unfriendly. They had a bad attitude from the moment we arrived.
2. Noise: The walls are paper-thin. We were woken up at 8 AM by loud construction noise within the hotel. When I complained at the front desk, the staff lied to my face, claiming the noise was from outside. It was clearly coming from inside the building.
The hotel has zero respect for its guests' peace and comfort. The staff's refusal to acknowledge the problem was the final straw. Do not waste your money here.

The room, location, service and breakfast are excellent. Well decorated. We loved the breakfast. Location is very close to the pier. Another good thing is that they provide help carrying luggages from and to the pier. But the washroom floor is not properly designed to drain the water. Also they charged extra 800 THB for 10 year old child for one night stay, although I didn’t require extra bed they made it mandatory. That’s not appreciable. Check out time is 11.00 am which seems too early. But they provide luggage storage before departure which is helpful.

This was an amazing hotel and my friend and I really truly loved the experience!
It was so clean, smelt amazing and the facilities were incredible.
The pool is gorgeous, the restaurant served amazing delicious food that could be sent as room service and the massage parlour nearby was just as wonderful.
It's definitely worth a stay and is walking distance to the pier, a fantastic dive shop Island Divers right in front and was easy to get to and from!
Big love for this hotel and will definitely come back!

通賽灣碼頭附近，吃的玩的很方便，馬殺雞舒服解壓，住了三天，每天都有衞生打掃，房間乾淨舒適，皮皮島真的很美，值得多逗留些時候
