This was our second visit. The room wasn't clean. The service is no longer good. The reception is super friendly, but otherwise, the service is lacking. Towel distribution at the pool is like a prison food distribution.
The room was generally very worn. Our room wasn't cleaned on the first day.
The hotel has huge potential, but it needs a thorough renovation.

Absolutely not recommended , from the first step inn and the front desk have an attitude and make the whole trip very difficult I paid 1000$ for 2 nights for villa and got bad treat not even a welcome drink or welcome words . Staff attitude is really something missed from the manager to the whole team go and get educated how u treat people cuz we don’t stay for free we pay ur salary . End of the story a rubbish hotel
