Phi Phi Andaman Legacy Resort

The location of the hotel is excellent, the view at breakfast, the territory! Everything looks great. We lived in the building on the side... and here is our surprise when in the middle of the night - and this is at 4 am the prayer began 🤪 we did not even immediately notice that there is a mosque right next to the building. 🕌 so the room was right next to it! Otherwise, everything was fine, and as they wrote, there are no tiles in the bathroom. It was a little annoying that there is no hair dryer / kettle. And what 🙄 in the bathroom the shower pours onto the floor, accordingly everything is in water and the toilet too. After 2 days we decided to extend our stay, in the morning we came to say to change the room, they agreed, said to come at 11.00 they even said room number c21, everything suited us. We came, they say that 🙄 that room is still occupied until 14.00. Okay. We come at 13.40. And then, to our surprise, an older woman starts yelling at us 😱 because we didn't check out of our room! Why?! 🤦 if we had paid for the hotel. And after the lost time and ruined mood, no one changed the room! To lose half a day waiting for a room change is trash. This is the first time such a situation has happened, not the first time in Thailand and somehow they always resolved the issues. But here they don't care.
