Nice little place to stay, the staff was really helpful and friendly and only thing is that the walls are thin so you can hear people next door or upstairs but apart from that a nice place to stay

It is about 15 minutes walk from the central streets where the nightlife is raging, overall it is ok)
The room is dark, the furniture is old, but it is clean and tidy.

As it seems to me with children, this is the best location.
In general, your vacation will depend on your neighbors: if they are noisy, then you will hear it all, if they are quiet, then the vacation will be wonderful.
Soundproofing is bad everywhere on the island!
I really liked the family room, the cleaning is excellent!
The shower has warm salt water, there is no fresh water on the island. There are no problems with its use!
Water is free in bottles every day, towels are changed and cleaned, there is shampoo, shower gel.
The hotel is away from parties, drunk and inadequate vacationers.
We liked everything, special thanks for the early free check-in!
The best walking beach from the hotel is the coastline from the pier, away from the parking boats closer to the cliff, the opposite coastline is dirty and at the bottom it looks like oil because of old Thai boats.

Small private rooms, everything is within a walking distance on Phi Phi so everything was nearby. This accomodation is out of the way to the east which makes it slightly quieter from the party noise (although expect to hear some noise). We were however woken up a lot by the staff in the morning preparing food, cleaning etc. Wasn’t the comfiest bed nor the cleanest but it was an overall good stay and had everything we needed.
