We loved the location with the most beautiful view of Phi Phi Bay we were on the 5th. The hotel is outside the center, so very good for sleeping at night.

The hotel is very tired. Thank God we were there only 2 nights. Although before booking I saw reviews that everything in the rooms is old, for some reason I decided to book it.. the room itself is large, everything you need is there... but the room smelled of either dampness or mold, the water in the shower did not drain well. When you stand washing, the water is almost knee-deep, it's disgusting! The balcony is shared by everyone, you need to close the curtains so that you can't see what's going on in the room, a beautiful rock near the hotel, apparently I was led by it.. you can go up to this rock for free to take beautiful photos.. you don't have to rent this hotel. The water in the pool was icy, it was impossible to swim.. the hotel itself is within walking distance of night parties, fire shows and everything else. This was also one of the reasons for choosing the hotel. But I will definitely not return to Phi Phi again

The room is huge, right by the sea, with the beach at the doorstep. It's a bit far from the pier. But the breakfast and service are very good, and the swimming pool is clean. It's basically worth the price.

This could have been a nice hotel, with clean rooms, friendly staff and a good location. However, all of this was ruined by a horrible experience with rats crawling in the roof. The first night when we went to bed, they were very active, running across the roof at several times during the night. We were terrified that they would show up in our room at some point. Did not believe they were rats at first, but after reading reviews with similar experiences we are 100% sure. I would have picked a generally shittier hotel without rats than this beautiful and nice hotel with the rats.
