Two positives:
First, it's a prime hotel with a great location, right on Long Beach, perfect for a quiet getaway.
Second, breakfast is included. It's a simple, white-style meal, but it's delicious right by the beach.
The room amenities are quite average, and the water isn't free, only one bottle per day.
The bellman was exceptionally helpful, proactively carrying luggage and being very friendly.
However, the front desk was a bit lacking. Perhaps Thais are generally more pro-white, and their attitude towards white and Asian people differs significantly.
Oh, and one more thing: I chose the "stay now, pay later" option on Ctrip, and they couldn't understand why and kept questioning me. I explained that the payment method was "pay after departure" and that it was provided by the app, but they were skeptical and their attitude was very rude. How could I possibly escape?

Staying at Long Beach is really the best choice I have ever made. I was still debating whether to stay in town or at Long Beach, but I finally chose it. Очень уединенный и зеленый отель. Мы останавливались в стандартной вилле. Она небольшая, но уютная. Единственное замечание - очень маленькая ванная комната, на раковине нет места, чтобы поставить средства для умывания, душ сделан неудобно. Но на пару ночей это не критично, мы наслаждались всем остальным. Дорога от виллы в город занимает примерно 20-30 минут. Дорога не сложная, просто долго идти, но на территории есть свой магазин (цены такие же, как в городе), поэтому даже в город ходить не обязательно. Рядом с отелем так же можно сразу купить билеты на паром (цены ниже, чем на пирсе). А еще в 21.00 у соседнего отеля есть fire-show, что тоже очень радует. Массаж на территории хороший, но цены немного выше, чем в городе. По территории гуляют вараны, и рядом есть семейство обезьян. Отдыхом остались довольны, за свои деньги хороший отель.

A good hotel on Long Beach, the best value for money, considering that everything is more expensive on the islands. We had a great vacation in the off-season (August), in winter, most likely, there would be too many people on the beach.
The rooms are old, although everything works, the water is a little salty from the tap, there are no beach towels, and in the room there are only two towels for two.
We lived in a two-story building, quite clean. But next to it, behind the fence, there are utility rooms.
The reception staff are not very friendly, and the men are much friendlier than the women.
It turned out to be more profitable to rent a boat for snorkeling from neighbors: here they categorically do not bargain.
There are a lot of cute cats.

The best things about our stay in this hotel are: Thai massage, breakfasts, beautiful beach, clean bungalows, nice territory, kind staff! 👍 Go snorkeling at the Shark Point nearby! The only thing we missed was the freshly cooked coffee ☕️ in the morning, however the breakfasts were really good with fresh fruit and freshly made pancakes 🥞 !

We had a nice time at this hotel. Beautiful swimming at the blue colour water at the sea and we did a lot of nice photos. The breakfast area is very good with stunning view but staff is always a bit lazy to bring a new dishes when something was finished.

This resort is located on one of the most beautiful beaches on Phi Phi Island. It would be enough to improve the older bungalows and add a few more amenities, including more activities. The food is superb, delicious!
