The room was extremely dirty. First of all, there were a lot of bugs (especially ants), which was unpleasant. There were earthworms living in the bathroom. The outlet was also far from the bed, which was inconvenient.
The staff was slow to respond, and I had to ask 2-3 times before they finally responded.
The private pool was very clean. The location was great and it felt great.
If you're looking for something cheap, it's okay, but it's far from the center of Phi Phi Island, and I definitely recommend staying at another hotel for the quality of this room.

It was dirty, there was a worm in the shower and a spider inside. They have not fumigated or insulated the room well, that is why animals get in, and everything is old. And all the staff is extremely rude, especially at the reception. Terrible experience.

This hotel offers cozy bungalows that are a real treat to stay in. Some of them boast stunning views of the bay, which was a highlight of my trip. The grounds are beautifully green and well-kept, adding to the overall charm. The hotel is perched on a slope, though, and in the heat, trekking up to your bungalow can be quite a challenge. One wild moment was when monkeys from the nearby forest climbed onto our balcony, scattered our stuff, and even left a mess on the sunbed! The staff were fantastic, always friendly and helpful. However, the music from the nearby bars was a major downside—it’s loud and makes sleeping tough. This place isn’t for a quiet retreat; it’s perfect for those who want to party at the discos until late!

Very dirty and smelly room .. my bag was not found yet it was in reception , balcony was filthy . We had to sweep it ourselves. Fridge is moldy and dirty . Couldn’t wait to leave . Won’t stay there again !

The main problem is the pool party club nearby they stop music at 3 am so is completely impossible sleep until 3 am

Disgusting hotel!!! Horrible, just a nightmare!!! Firstly, our house with a sea view was on the mountainside, the very top row, the climb is not for the weak, a third of the way to the whitpoint))) although the hotel itself is on the shore. There are monkeys running around the territory, so close the windows and doors well. Secondly, in 4 days of stay they NEVER cleaned the house, although we asked, but it turned out to be useless... Thirdly, the room is terribly old and dirty. There is no closet, only a chest of drawers for clothes, which smells of mold, basically like everything else in the house... the drawers under the sink in the shower are nailed shut 🙈 apparently opening them is completely dangerous for life 🙉 Fourthly, we gave our clothes to the reception for washing, and they screwed up here too 🤦♀️ apparently washed all the clothes in one machine (both white and black), all the light clothes are ruined 😭 The only good thing is the view from the room (although this beautiful view is blocked by a tree) and the infinity pool, but again with muddy water. In general, the hotel and service are terrible 👎

Woman at reception will cancel booking if she can get more money from other customers.
We booked weeks in advance and paid for premium rooms. The receptionist said she didn’t have the booking and told us to cancel through trip.com or have other rooms. The whole of phi phi was booked out for NYE so only choice we had was downgrade with no compensation.
We saw this happen with other guests arriving at Resort with bookings to be refused and sent away.
What is the point in making a booking if the resort will just cancel it and not let you know until check in?
On the upside, Views are stunning and pool is amazing!!

We knew that the hotel wasn't particularly good but we didn't expect this. You can't sleep a wink as there are several clubs directly underneath the hotel. When you lie in bed, everything vibrates from the bass of the music (sometimes until 5 a.m.). The bathroom smells of drains/faeces and the furnishings are pretty run down. The hotel is much worse than the pictures on the internet.
