Quite a decent simple hotel for a few days' rest. Situated on the same beach as the island's popular nightlife establishments, but at different ends of the beach, so the noise from the partying does not bother you.
The hotel itself is clean, the staff is friendly, they met you at the pier and escorted you to the hotel.
They checked you in earlier than the allotted time without any problems. The hotel also has a small swimming pool.
We did not use the restaurant and breakfast services, so I can't say anything. But in general, the island has a huge number of establishments, you definitely won't go hungry)
So if you plan to spend a few days on Phi Phi, then you can safely consider this hotel as an option

The hotel is a bit far from the party places (5 minutes walk to McDonald's), we spent one night in a family room, clean, comfortable (of course there are some flaws, there is a cracked tile, there are some abrasions, but not critical, maybe I'm being picky), the beach is 30-50 meters from the hotel to the left, on the beach at the exit you can take a hook and swim to the monkey beach on your own (depending on the physical characteristics of the rower 10-30 minutes). We stayed at this hotel for the first time in 2013 and the second time in 2025. Nothing has changed much, and we were happy with our stay.

The guys fron check in service wasn’t friendly and welcoming. The cleanliness of room was not Good. And the room was terrible (dark, dirty). Breakfast was one the worst I have ever had! The AC was decent!
