I stayed at a hotel in Phi Phi Island and overall it was a very satisfying experience. The price was reasonable and the facilities were well maintained. I also liked the pool. It was not big but it was okay. It was clean and comfortable and a great place to relax after exploring the island. It is not a luxury resort but it is a good value for the money. I would consider staying there again next time.

It took a minute to walk to the beach, and 7 minutes to the pier. There was a person who carried luggage on a cart from the pier to the beach.

We started to sort it out, the cleaning lady denied that she had seen nothing, nothing was on the table. But we insisted and the staff went to look for it in the towels, since she could have folded the medicines along with the towels and thrown them to the laundry. In general, that is what happened. There was a bad feeling. But there are no complaints about the reception staff, they tried to help.

Lovely hotel in centre of phi phi main shopping and entertainment area. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast. Only issue we had a family room with lots of noise from bars on street.

The rooms are cleaned only on request, if you put a card on the door handle (they clean without washing the floor). The room has everything you need, including water, tea and instant coffee (no bathrobes). At night, you can hear music playing from the bars on the beach. The staff is polite, good-natured. And by the way, a taxi shuttle is just a cart on which your luggage will be transported, you will move exclusively on foot 🥾

The location is perfect, the beach and all the shops and cafes are nearby. But there is a huge minus, THERE IS NO SOUNDPROOFING. There is a karaoke bar nearby, the songs are sung loudly. If you sleep lightly, this is not your option. The water barely runs in the shower, it is impossible to wash your head, the furniture is tired. If you come for 1 night, then it is normal. The view from the window is fire 🤣

У отеля удобное расположение. Вполне приятное размещение. Смущают полотенца, синие и коричневые, я бы и те и другие использовала как пляжные, для личной гигиены и комфорта нужны все же белоснежные. Кондиционер в номере расположен неудачно, дует на кровать. Приятные балконы для отдыха и чаепития. Завтраки хорошие, выбор вполне нормальный для островных 3*.
