The photo showed air conditioning in the room, so our whole company decided that a hair dryer was a plus, and there was air conditioning. In fact, there was no hair dryer in the room, but there was an old fan that should have been thrown out a long time ago and there was no air conditioning, which is in the photo in the booking, the window is in the corridor, the rooms are dark and dirty. We went to the reception, showed the photo of the booking, there is also an air conditioner in the photo on the voucher, but they said that in their language a hair dryer is a fan, and the air conditioner in the photo is from another room and you need to read better. I asked to change our two rooms for one 4-bed room, which was free on the website, after the request they removed it from the website and asked me to pay extra 700 baht for the replacement. I contacted trip support, the operator was ready to resolve the issue and pay the difference if necessary, but the cunning hotel owners said that these rooms were occupied and they could not move us, after which they again asked us for an additional fee for upgrading two rooms to one, which is actually cheaper. I will attach a photo from the site. The hotel makes money on deception, as a result, I bought a room that costs 6,000 rubles for 8,600, almost 50% more expensive. I strongly advise against it, it is better to pay more, but never check in with these owners. We slept in the room for a couple of hours, the neighbors were noisy. The reception closes at 22:00 and until the morning if something happens to you, no one will help you, at night the European grandfather could not get into his room, apparently he slammed the keys, and there was no one to help.
