It was a good address. Well located and clean. Our criteria were simple for 2 nights. Bathroom + 4 beds + no noise. Completely respected. Well the noise ..... the tourists who pass in front are not respectful ...
Otherwise we arrived at 1 p.m. we really had to wait 1 hour for check in. No fridge in the room. Bring mosquito repellent. Otherwise I was really happy with my reservation.

Rooms were pretty small and basic but is fine if out most of day. Had AC but cold water showers (was fine given the heat). Pretty good location too. The staff were very hard to get hold of to organise the free pick up from the pier (not picking up phone/responding to emails/instagram) so staff from other hotels had to call them for us which worked out in the end. They offer free coffee in the mornings which is a benefit

Not a bad place, close to the center of the island (5 min walk). I recommend it to all budget tourists.
I recommend going up to the observation deck, the path to it can be found near the hotel.
There is no air conditioning in the room, but there is a powerful hair dryer. Very good.

Very bad. I stayed for three days. It was the worst place in Phuket for half a month. The shower water was cold. Although the weather was hot, I had to grit my teeth to take a shower when the cold water hit my body. There was no air conditioning in the room, and the electric fan was not very effective. It was too hot to stay in the room during the day. There were a lot of bugs, all kinds of them, some flying, some crawling, and some like maggots, crawling on the bed. I got up in the middle of the night to kill dozens of bugs. Moreover, no one came to clean the house for three days. No matter how many days I stayed, mineral water was only given on the first day, and none was given after that. The waiter's attitude was even worse. He had a long face and kept emphasizing that you are not allowed to wash clothes in the bathroom. You are not allowed to wash clothes in the bathroom. If you want to wash clothes, you must send them to a paid laundry! And if you want to check out early, the room fee will not be refunded. Such a store has seriously discredited Phuket's tourism industry.

Good size room, away from the party area of town but still close enough to access everything. Close to the viewpoint walk.

The hotel was very basic and not worth the paid price. Located a little bit farther from the beach but close to the view point. If you’re looking for quiet places this hotel is not for you.
