We arrived in the afternoon and had to get off the boat and walk 100 meters in the sea. Getting to the hotel was very difficult,
with bags, a child, and my wife.
They must have a clothes dryer in the reception for customers' clothes.
There is no sandy beach for swimming.
The cost of getting to and from the hotel is 3,000 baht for transportation to the boat owner. I would not recommend it for families at all.

First of all, to get to the hotel, you need to arrive at Tonsai Pier and take a long-tail boat for about 20 minutes. You can write an email to the hotel in advance and they will pick you up, but this also needs to be charged, about 500 baht per person, and the time is fixed. It is better to charter a boat if there are many people. There were 8 of us and it cost 1,800 baht. The boatman we met on the return trip was very good and only cost 1,400 baht. The location of this hotel has a problem of high tide and low tide. When the tide is low, there is no water next to the hotel, and you have to carry your luggage up by yourself. When the tide is high, the long-tail boat will directly approach the shore.
To enter and exit Tonsai Pier, you can only take a boat, and the hotel restaurant is more expensive, a hamburger is about 100 yuan. For meals, I recommend everyone to go to the small village behind the Sai Hotel next to it. You also need to wade through the water when the tide is high, and you can walk through the mud when the tide is low, as shown in the picture. The first restaurant on the right at the first intersection in the village has several female chefs. I think it is delicious and I ate there twice. I don’t know the name very well.
It’s a long way, but when you reach the lobby, it’s worth it.

We stayed at Centara for 5 days. The hotel area is small. We were checked in an hour earlier. Polite helpful staff, transfer from the pier to the hotel is about 20-25 minutes by boat for a fee, 1800 baht for the whole boat (if there are many of you) or 500 baht per person.
Pros: large room, comfortable beds, comfortable pillows, incredible view from the balcony, throughout the territory, there is a transfer on the hotel grounds (it is difficult to walk in the heat up a steep mountain), a clean small pool. Nearby is a small village where you can eat and go for a massage. A little further is the Saii hotel.
There is practically no beach. Just below the pool there is a concrete wall, you need to go down a slippery staircase, this is the beach).
Breakfasts are meager, buffet, small selection. European cuisine is excellent, but Thai is lame.

The environment and scenery are really great. The room decoration is relatively new on Phi Phi Island. However, there was a power failure or power maintenance when we checked in. After checking in at 3 o'clock, the air conditioner in the room could not be turned on until after 4 o'clock. I stayed in the room for more than an hour and it was like a steamer. The hotel did not take any measures or compensation for this.
