Guests appreciate the spacious, clean rooms with sea views and friendly, attentive staff. The location near the sea offers stunning views, although some find the interior outdated. The accommodation provides great value for money.

This hotel location is so so. The rooms are ultra small. You will get only 1 foot walking space around the bed. that is your room. No more space even to walk. If you have luggage (trolley bags) then your room will be super crowded. You literally can not even walk around your bed. You literally have to jump to reach your bed. Room measurement is really bad. They are already charging higher...but providing ultra small size rooms. It's totally uncomfortable. There is no beach attached with this property. It is a sea attached property but it is not a beach. You can not walk into the beach. Beach is far away. The hotel management is really bad. Nobody came for cleaning on the second day. In this property, they have a few bungalows with ground floor, first floor and second floor rooms. Unfortunately...there are no elevators provided. So you should be ready to lift your heavy luggage to carry up to the first or second floor. This is ridiculous. Me and my wife had two 28 inch heavy trolley bags. I had to carry both the heavy bags myself up to the second floor. This is fucking insane. I will never ever stay in this hotel again. Moreover, the bathroom is also Ultra Small. So while bathing....her towel touched the ceramic soap dispenser....so the ceramic dispenser bottle fell on the ground and broke. The hotel charged us an amount of VND 150,000 for this small soap dispenser bottle. Wow....I have never seen such a bad treatment for guests at any hotels I have stayed in for the last 14 years. During check out, my wife called up the reception and requested a 1 hour late check-out. The person at the reception told us that there will be no charge for check-out at 1.00 pm But to our surprise...they charged us an extra 200,000 VND for 1 hour late check-out. When I asked that some of your staff only informed us that there will be no extra payment. So the rude lady at the reception told me that the other staff person did not know the hotel policy. I told her that it is their problem. But she did not agree and forced us to pay. Finally we had to pay the amount. Our stay at Viva Resort was full of big disappointments and unwanted surprises. Think ten times before booking this property.

Pros - very nice and pleasant staff, clean bed linen and towels, good location, you can admire the sea from the sun loungers. Cons - the hotel is very tired, there has been no repair since the time of construction, dirty pool (didn't dare to swim there). For this money you could rent a better hotel.

We were with my family in January 2025, we liked the hotel, it was quiet and calm, the guys were very nice and helpful, the rooms were in neutral condition. Thanks to the hotel and its staff! Thank you for your hospitality

The room was clean and I could hear the sound of the waves, so I was able to relax. There was no sunlight and the lights were dim, so it was dark at night. Also, a huge cockroach the size of my palm appeared in the middle of the night, but when I asked the front desk, they said it was impossible, so I spent the night with the cockroach. I thought I was falling in love. In my head, I was thinking, "love so sweet."

For 2 days I liked it, but the price seemed a little high. I wouldn't spend my whole vacation there. The territory is very small but nice, we relaxed on the sun loungers, the view of the sea from our room was nice. + There is an exit to the sea, but most of the day the tide is high and you can't go down, you could go to the sea until 12 noon, but the sea is dirty and the nets are close, we limited ourselves to the pool. + Almost no loud noise, the music comes from far away, but does not interfere with sleep at all - It is worth noting, One day the territory smelled of sewage, it is unclear where it came from, quite uncomfortable. - the breakfast is a small buffet but Asian, you could ask for scrambled eggs - when leaving they asked us to stay an hour until the bus, they asked us for 100,000 dong, it is unpleasant, then no one drove us away from the sun loungers, we spent it there

Nice hotel, narrow stairs look unusual and atmospheric, the view from the balcony is stunning. It's just a pity that there is no beach and the breakfast is expensive and tasteless (some things seemed stale).

The view is awesome. Buildings are old but not that i could not adjust. Friendly staff. Breakfast was not of many chicken variety, but can request eggs items and they get those ready for you. A minimilist can enjoy this place. Not a modern look but very old and great ambience.
