Great location, quiet clean beach, hotel surrounded by greenery, good varied breakfasts. Staff is helpful, but does not speak English, which creates certain difficulties. Overpriced restaurant and bar, so they are always empty. The main problem is inexperienced and poorly understanding staff. Twice they forgot to clean the room. If we traveled again, we would stay there, the best beach in Mui Ne, for those who need a quiet holiday.

Old hotel, noisy old air conditioning. Breakfasts are not very good. The hotel needs renovation. There are comfortable sofas and armchairs in the lounge. They check you in only around 2:00 p.m., even if there are free rooms.

Great hotel! Great clean beach. Great breakfast, great territory. A small minus is that you have to take a taxi to walk around the shops or cafes, but it's 5 minutes away and costs 1 dollar.

We stayed at Phu Hai Beach Resort & Spa in the off-season - in July, in a family bungalow with a view of the garden. The advantages are that the hotel is located in a quiet place away from roads and a large number of people, a large, well-kept area, a clean beach. Sun loungers and towels are provided. There is a swimming pool with different water levels, which is good for children. A varied buffet. Very friendly staff and the ability to pay for services in rubles UnionPay.
The disadvantages are sand fleas, whose bites are difficult to treat, and long service in the restaurant. In the off-season, only one cafe is open nearby, so we had to use a taxi.
