Отель очень понравился! Попался новенький номер, чисто, современный интерьер, хороший матрас, постельное бельё приятное. Завтрак разнообразный и очень вкусный! Территория просто роскошная, за всем ухаживают, куча цветов и растений, качели, бассейны детский и взрослый. Пляж только не понравился, хотя лежаки, полотенца, охранник, есть бар, но сам заход в воду ужасный и некрасивый. Там уложены укрепления (есть фото, трудно объяснить как это выглядит) от волн, которые там очень сильные постоянно и утром прилив воды. И это и неудобно, так как приходится прыгать по ним вниз, ну и любоваться морем с таким пляжем не очень.

Заехали на разведку, впервые в Муйне, так понравилось, что продлили. Красивая территория с садом, ухожено и разнообразно, можно гулять бесконечно, все радует глаз. Уютные номера, нам было очень комфортно. Для тихого семейного пляжного отдыха рекомендую!

This is a terrible resort that is not worth the money. We are not picky and look for the positive in everything, but this hotel is terrible, we are traveling on our own, we took it for 5 days passing through, unfortunately there was nothing else available, we got on the dates of Theta, if you take it on a voucher, then it is definitely not worth it! The rooms are terrible, old and dirty, there is no hot water in the shower, the safe does not work, there is no door in the shower. The railings on the balcony do not inspire confidence! The pool is dirty, the water is muddy. The only plus is the beautiful, but small territory of the hotel. There is a beach, and you can walk to a wider beautiful strip of beach. The location is good, everything is nearby, shops, cafes, but I definitely do not recommend the hotel, look nearby other hotels, there are many here. And as a bonus, on the top 3rd floor, we had takaranas living in the bathroom. I also do not understand the situation that they take away passports at the reception, apparently they have not heard of a deposit in this hotel.

Swiss Village Resort & Spa is rated 4 stars but the reality is terrible because: 1. Old and seriously degraded rooms: + I was on the 2nd floor (top floor), the first night it rained heavily, saw the floor was wet, looked up at the plaster ceiling and saw a hole, had to ask to bring a towel to cover the leak!!! + The TV is small and old but cannot be used. It's full of basil seeds and chia seeds. The technical staff can't handle it. The network newspaper is broken because of the rain (but since checking in, there have been no raindrops. Turn on the TV. but the condition is still green and chia seeds, they can't be used)!!! + Air conditioning: many rooms report not being cool enough??? + The room card for one room was broken and could not be used, had to be changed a third time!!! + The floor tiles in the bathroom are peeling and can easily cause damage!!! 2. Staff are not enthusiastic and attentive: + Superior room, request a double bed, but 2 single beds are not combined, guests can manage it themselves!!! + Just checked in (at nearly 3pm) but the floor in the room was not clean, the sand was rough on my feet and the common path was too dirty because of the sand!!! + There are additional children in the room, the staff reported that an extra bed was installed but in fact it was not installed. When checking out, the guest responded and the staff deducted the money!!! + The swimming pool's water is cloudy and not clear!!! Points of merit: 1. Harmonious design space, beautiful ornamental plants. 2. The restaurant serves delicious food, but the downside is that the staff rarely cleans up used dishes. Beautiful location, attentive service; Old furniture only; Lavapo has many cockroaches crawling; The parking lot is not covered, lacks shade from trees, and is very hot (the car is parked under the shade of a tree and the security guard asks to park somewhere else (it's very sunny) so letting another car park is unfair and unprofessional. parking arrangements!!! Need to fix a few weaknesses to be more "pro"!!!
