春節期間來的，也是越南的春節，真是救命！完全不夠服務人員打掃房間，入住等了三小時！！！
來到前台，説我定的不是這裏，轉了三個地方才找到對接人。對接人是一個二房東，完全不是什麼酒店，毫無管理可言！！！
環境和設施是挺好的，但餐飲真的太差，衹有粉和華萊士，還有小賣部，艾瑪，配套完全跟不上。
整體而言，我不會再來這個酒店，旁邊的漁村民宿才是明智之選。如果小朋友太小有設備要求，就不要節日來，不然體驗感真的太差了！

這是我住過的酒店中體驗感最差的一個！！ 一般我不會去評價任何酒店，除非它真的讓我失去理智。 1：入住的時候寶寶剛好想睡覺，一直在大廳哭鬧，前台説要等代理人才能辦理入住，我們就在寶寶的哭鬧聲等了一個多小時。 2：由於我們是五一開車自駕遊的，酒店車比較多，停車位緊張，這個可以理解，但是最後必須要停到2km外的一個停車場！ 這是正常酒店乾的事嗎？ 3：房間簡陋到快趕上汽車旅館了，面積也小，走廊常年沒有人打掃衞生，***一股尿騷味。 4：第二天終於趕上退房了，去餐廳用餐時，被酒店餐廳服務員告知我們沒有早餐，我訂的就是帶早餐的！ 於是撥打代理人的電話，死活打不通，還是攜程人工客服幫忙聯繫過來的！過來後被告知我們不能在酒店餐廳用餐，拿着他給我們的早餐券去指定的飯店吃早餐！ 用餐的餐廳環境味道都是一言難盡。 我想不通這樣的酒店還掛在攜程幹嘛？ 為客服徒增煩惱？給客人埋下坑洞？
