The room and service are good. I love the pool here, very nice and can take a lot of photos.

The apartment has a wide balcony with a direct sea view. The modern and clean interior makes the stay very comfortable.

How is this place 5 stars?? They make everything you want to do difficult and inconvenient. From checking in, to borrowing a beach towel at the pool/sauna. Front desk will not assist you with anything and will tell you to refer to your concierge. Hot water in the hotel room is never consistent and the jacuzzi is never heated. No wonder this place is a ghost town. Never again.

A wonderful stay here, although sometimes the staff was a little bit slow.

The hotel is an apartment-style hotel with three operating modes: long-term stay, self-operation by the developer, and leasing to a third party. Currently, Building B and Building D are in operation, with a total of 25 floors. Below is the beach, with strong winds and waves. The swimming pool in the middle of the hotel is suitable for swimming during the sun-lit period. From 9 to 10 in the morning, I saw people wearing T-shirts and skirts and went swimming directly. The water was clear. The hotel is far away from the village and town, and the hotel provides few dining facilities and simple meals. It is suitable for guests who like quietness and do not pursue dining. The breakfast is OK, 250K VND per person.

I didn't like the location. The service is terrible, the prices in the shops and cafes are overpriced by 50-100%. The amenities that are stated do not correspond to reality. The reception does not work. Only 1 person speaks English. At first, the room was provided in a lower category, after long discussions and correspondence with the manager (who only answers messages), the room was changed. It is impossible to leave by taxi, only a bike. On the beach near the hotel there is a huge pipe (possibly sewerage) which apparently comes from the hotel (apartments). On the good side, those who want to take good photos and shoot content should come here (if the wind does not blow it away), then you may get excellent photos near the pool. The wind blows so much that it blows a child off his feet. The rooms are clean but do not match the photos on trip.com

The resort is quite good. However, it is a bit inconvenient to have to deposit 500k VND. Having paid in advance but still having to ask for a deposit is too unreasonable because this is not a form of renting a house for a 5 ⭐️ hotel!

Hotel without service

A very, very bad check-in experience. I would like to remind my compatriots in China that this hotel is not for you to stay. Our family arrived at the hotel front desk at 8:30 in the evening and was told that they were not there to receive us. We waited for almost half an hour, and then asked again. The reply was to continue waiting. The two 80-year-old people who were traveling with us asked for a quick solution because of the long journey, but they did not get a response. We can only seek help through Ctrip customer service. I would like to give Ctrip a big thumbs up here. The customer service has been in contact with the hotel, but encountered unprecedented troubles. They either did not understand English or did not reply. Finally, they asked to communicate by email. Ctrip customer service also collapsed. Finally, a man suddenly came and ran straight to our luggage and backpacks without saying a word. We were scared and thought we were robbed and shouted. It turned out that he was here to receive us. When we arrived in the room, this person was in a hurry to leave. I asked how to contact him if I needed service. He said that he wanted me to give his WeChat number and then added it 5 minutes after leaving. After waiting for half an hour, there was no news. We were short of quilts and water. The room was halfway up the mountain, and we had to call a battery car to go out. We had no choice but to contact Ctrip. After more than an hour of tossing, 3 people suddenly came to my WeChat. Among the three people, 2 sent messages in Vietnamese and 1 sent messages in English. After much arguing, finally only 2 sheets were delivered. We didn't want to toss anymore. Ctrip sent me 500 yuan in compensation, which I have to praise. It was even more frustrating when we checked out. It was clear that we notified three people at the same time one day in advance, and agreed to check out at 9 o'clock the next day and need a battery car to transport the luggage. We agreed to everything, but on the day of check-out, there was no reply to our WeChat messages, so we just kept waiting in vain. Fortunately, two waiters came at the time we agreed, and finally our luggage was successfully transported out and we checked out. One hour after our car left, the person we contacted in the morning suddenly replied. I was speechless 😡😡😡 So everyone should not stay in this kind of black shop, and we also hope that Ctrip will strictly manage the hotels it contracts and recommends, and don’t let us become victims again!

Everything is ok. Except the door is broken and have to wait for repair and move to another building.
