Pet friendly Hotels in Rhone

Some places are simply unlike anything else, la Suite de l'Île Barbe is one of them. Tucked away on a small island in the middle of the Saône, it feels completely removed from the city despite being just minutes from Lyon. We stayed for a romantic weekend and it exceeded every expectation. The setting is extraordinary. Waking up surrounded by water and greenery, with nothing but birdsong and the gentle sound of the river, is something you won't find in a conventional hotel. It genuinely feels like you've escaped to another world.

Terrific hotel! Very nice breakfast, friendly staff with fair price. Facilities are new and interesting. Staff speak fluent English. Definitely will stay again.

The hotel is very new. As the information shows, it was newly renovated in 3019. There is a large restaurant on the first floor. There is free coffee and chocolate machine 24 hours a day. You can drink as much as you want, as well as snacks and fruits. The room is also quite large and new. It is a very good experience.

Excellent hotel. The day cost $82. Booked less than a week. The location is not central , but it is the final and the bus is holly. Our windows were with a beautiful view on the river - thank you very much reception that went to the meeting and gave us a room with the view as we asked. The number is small, but for one night the most. Everything is clean and stylish. I liked hooks with hangers. The transparent toilet is certainly scary ! In general - all well , all questions to designers. I would like to note that you have left things with passports and money for storage on the resepshne - all in value and safety ! Thank you to honest staff

The bed was very comfortable. It was nice to have a bathtub.

My overall conclusion is that this was a nice hotel which was worth the money paid, but that doesn't mean I liked absolutely everything there. The important stuff - it was spacious, it was quiet, it was very clean. The not so important, but could bring you some nail bites - the reception works until 9pm - and after that you're on your own. If you have a late check-in... there was no communication from the hotel side prior to that, so it was a surprise. Luckily the phone seen somewhere on the wall lead me to calling someone (after midnight actually) who told me on the phone a code for the safe holding the envelope with my key. But if the hotel door was locked (and it usually is)... I don't know what I would do. But apart from that, everything else was a pleasure. Thanks!
