酒店位置佳，周邊吃飯的地方較多，離噴泉廣場兩三百米。酒店房間大設施新且較齊全，衞生間乾濕分離雙盥洗盆很方便。酒店的前台服務人員服務周到熱情，當我提出家庭套房較吵需要更換房間能夠配合攜程客服很好解決此事。
建議：
1、家庭套房（副樓）房間下面有一排餐廳排煙系統，一天三次做飯開啟時噪音太大，關上窗户都擋不住，如果睡眠不好的客人儘量不要選擇此房型（圖1-8）。同時建議酒店應在平台上明示已避免引起不必要的糾紛。
2、酒店規模很大，房間裝修設施都教好，但沒有配套的健身房、洗衣烘乾房，對於出行客人不太方便，同時酒店不能充足供應瓶裝水，兩瓶之外的水需要另外付款錢，與國內很多酒店還是有些差距，建議商家做好以客人為本的相關細節。
