Enjoyed our stay here at Quay Perth! Will recommend!

Checking in was a breeze even when we reached the hotel at night due to flight timing. There was a free upgrade of room which was a pleasant surprise. Room service every morning was impeccable. Place was clean and staff were courteous. Of course, location was fantastic, within walking distance from 2 train stations.

Super hotel in a great location. I had a standard room which, altho a little small, was perfectly fine as I was travelling alone. Great products in the bathroom, a shower that actually had the knob to one side of the shower head so you could set the temp before stepping in! Super clean everywhere, friendly, polite and helpful staff. Rooftop bar was great - good food and cocktails and a fair price for a hotel bar. Great location very close to Elizabeth Quay and 5 mins walk to main shopping streets. Would definitely stay again. Only negative was that the coffee machine was underneath a shelf that was at head height, so I hit my forehead on it!

Amazing hotel near the cbd, it was a 10mins walk from the perth train station. We also enjoyed the breakfast at Community@Quay on level 1.

Excellent hotel for our first visit, 2-night stay in Perth. Ideal location for walking to various sites, or jumping on the free CAT buses. Booked an “Essentials”(basic) room which is small but truly provided all that we needed. Bed, linens, pillows were ideal, air-con quiet and shower fantastic! An in-room Nespresso machine was the perfect surprise bonus!! Each staff we encountered was polite, professional, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Special kudos to George (night mngr), Reena (9th floor concierge) and Roxie (front desk). One and only drawback was that the window in the room had been frosted over making any view to outside impossible. Why??? Even if the view was undesirable, blackout curtains cover the window. Would have been much nicer to be able to look out a window. Compare the rom to booking an inside cabin in a cruise ship! All in all, would definitely stay at Quay Perth again.

The front desk service is good, enthusiastic and professional. The room is very quiet and new. The decoration is very modern. The front desk service is enthusiastic and worth staying again. I am on a business trip and stay for a long time. I will not feel bored if I stay for one or two months. In addition, the view from the room window is more like winter. Recommended
