Clean and comfortable stay. Walkable to many shops and food outlets. The only gripe is that the paid parking is one street away.
The room is neat and clean. The dryer and washer are clean and well-maintained - surprised that the lint filter is clean and empty, unlike some accommodation that don't bother to empty it. Spare pillows provided in the cupboards if you need additional ones.
Would be good if a trash bin can be provided at the living area, and a drying rack for wet dishes.
Pleasant and helpful staff. Note that the front desk is open till 11pm only. For late arrivals, do inform them. We reached at about 8pm and none of the street parking outside the apartments was not available so it was cumbersome to move all our luggages along with our kids. The entrance is not barrier-free (3 small steps into the main door) so travellers with heavy luggages might require some help.
The building is secure with a tap access lock into the main door.

The shower room is large and clean. It is very convenient to check in and store luggage. The main floor is good. There is a supermarket and bar downstairs, and the parking lot is very close.

We wanted an apartment that as central in Perth, Near to Bus and train station so we could quickly access transport to our son and family in the suburbs. Also, we required to have good restaurants bars and shops nearby. Quest West End met all those. Fortunately, we have been to Perth a few times and know our way round, but this location for us was perfect. The front of house team on reception were excellent. Jess and her team looked after us like friends rather than clients. Really good experience with them all. I wish we had booked or requested a room on a higher floor, there was quite a bit of road noise, but it did not really affect us. Overall, a fabulous stay. We will stay with them again when we go to Perth next time.

We travelled from the Top End (NT) to attend an amazing Concert that ticked 3 of my daughter bucket list wishes. The accommodation was a 2 minute walk to the RAC Arena and central to amenties (the Mall) with everthing we need close by for our amazing trip to the "Falling in Reverse Concert".

Best aparthotel I’ve stayed in in Perth. Seems quite new so hope the excellent kitchen appliances and overall cleanliness are maintained. Will book again later this year.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was extremely clean and cleaned every day. Good location to be able to walk to city and ferry services.
