1. Towels are not that clean. 2. Bed are slightly u shaped due to spring issue 3. Hotel is full of Indian food smell due to the Indian restaurant next door. 4. Air-cond not cold. 5. No toilet paper !!

Nice Well managed hotel

We are a group of 3 that stay in this hotel for 2 days 1 night. It was a good journey to stay at this hotel. Comes with breakfast. I enjoyed the roti canai, fried rice, nuggets, popiah & the hot drinks. Located in a strategic location & managed to find good food that was near to the hotel. Managed to get some coffee & tea from the hotel too.

Hotel room OK but not comfortable to stay

The room was so clean and calming. staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was so delicious and many choice. highly recomended.muslim friendly

Not bad

It's a very old hotel. There is food downstairs and a market in the back. It's no problem to stay for one night. The hotel is right next to the road, so it can be a bit noisy. Breakfast is average, there are more Indians

So-so, inconvenient

Ok.. it's a bit late to check in the parking lot.. it's easy to park outside.. if you're the lazy type to walk far to find food where there are many shops.... for solo travel highly recommended.

Location is good as near autocity and the price is friendly bad BUT I DONT feel comfort. 1. Bed has many hair (i didnt notice till i ended my working day at night and going to sleep) 2. Tower has cigarette smell 3. Water heater not functioning 4. Window has no sound proof (was too tired during night time so didnt check out till morning i found the window has misaligned). Overall, i am not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The manager is a young man with a terrible attitude. Not recommended to stay, the manager will be angry and there are safety issues. You have to pay a tourist tax of 24rm. You said you paid it when you made the reservation, but the manager said it has nothing to do with them and they will get out if you don't pay it. I called the website and asked, but the manager told me not to sit on the sofa in the lobby and to go out immediately. He said that he was the boss, and in this hotel, he could cover the sky with one hand, which was very scary. I think he may have mental problems.
