就是私人的民宿，房間設施和衞生都非常一般，隔音也不好，窗户下面就是派出所的壩子，可是居然有人晚上8.9點還在壩子裏練習摩託車，一直轟鳴不斷持續了一個小時。樓梯口還有個三層貓窩，有很重的異味。早餐也特別差，400多的價格住到這種民宿也是非常心塞了。

房間比較大，和圖片一致，乾淨衞生，早飯好吃😋每年暑假都要住一、兩次，離景區和温泉都不遠，温泉可以走路就去了。

設備簡陋，，衞生一般，隔音也不好，，衞生間門都關不了，，下水聲音大的很，，環境也不行，，價格還偏貴，，不會再去住這裏了，要一瓶礦泉水還有收2元錢，，簡直無語😓

首先老闆娘非常的熱情，關鍵還含早餐，而且菜品還很豐富，中午去回龍溝景區，回來電話裏預約的菜，老闆娘也安排的很好，口味也好還特便宜，值得推薦👍

房間還是比較乾淨，比較寬大，設施方面不夠完善，衹有兩張床，一個電視機條桌，一張椅子，沒有櫃子，小茶几及坐椅，放東西不太方便，帶的行李箱都衹能平放在地上拿放東西。作為民宿價格275元一天間，配置比較同類型價位的城市的酒店配置還是要差一點點！環境方面沒有民宿的感覺？

地址方便，離寶山温泉走路10分鐘就能到，離天寶温泉15分鐘。是一個三層樓，老闆一家都挺熱情，介紹周邊路線。還有一衹應該英短的胖貓，就是有點怕人。早飯給我們煮的麪條，味道不錯，等夏天去避暑的時候再去
