"[Warning Post] Want to soak in the hot springs on a weekend night? Avoid this hotel immediately! My long-awaited weekend hot spring trip was definitely a disaster. The water was turned on around 9 PM, but the temperature remained lukewarm. I called the front desk after 10 PM, and they said, "It's peak usage time, we suggest you wait." I waited until after midnight, but the water was still cold, so I had to give up on the hot springs. I thought I'd just take a hot shower, but the water was still lukewarm, which was incredibly uncomfortable. Good heavens, what kind of hot spring hotel can't provide either a hot spring bath or a hot shower? They can't even meet basic hot water needs, speechless. However, the overall environment was okay. The hot spring rooms with water features even had a short musical fountain view at night. ⚠️ If you have basic requirements for hot water, please choose carefully, otherwise it will ruin your experience. Perhaps it would be better on a weekday? But on a weekend evening, it clearly couldn't handle the water pressure, and no one seemed to be addressing the actual problem. A complete disappointment!"

"Disadvantages: 1. Breakfast was so-so. It only had stir-fried vegetables, steamed buns, and milk; no fancy fillings like dumplings or shumai. Overall, it wasn't very varied. 2. I received a wrong phone call at 9:30 AM asking me to move my car. They said it was gray, but mine is clearly white. I was woken up from my holiday nap. 3. The hallway/stairwell lights outside the room were either not working or had faulty sensors; it was difficult to see them going up and down the stairs at night. 4. There was no trash can in the room, only in the bathroom. 5. There weren't enough power outlets by the bed; if I plugged in the electric blanket, I couldn't charge my phone. 6. The bathroom shower area was small and poorly lit; I felt scared with the glass closed. Advantages: 1. The electric blanket was warm. 2. It was okay for taking photos if you found the right angle."

The hotel has no private parking; parking is located at the back of the hotel, requiring guests to carry their luggage up three flights of stairs, making getting around very inconvenient."

The most infuriating thing is that the view from the window of a room costing nearly 1000 yuan was of the parking lot, and when I looked back, there was no TV. When I asked the front desk if there was no TV, they impatiently said no. Their enthusiasm for service was genuine. This was one of the worst hotel booking mistakes I've made in years. Be careful with guesthouses."
