環境清幽，地理位置很好，周邊美食很多，工作人員態度也很好。但是房間設計稍微有點不合理，淋浴和衞生間的門都是透明玻璃，雖然在床和衞浴間有一截隔斷，但是坐在床頭是可以清楚的看見衞浴間的，帶着11歲男孩感覺很不方便。建議在門上貼膜或加個簾子。

整體來説很不錯，前台的工作人員很親切，經常住禪驛，還送了伴手禮，酒店的整體環境和活動都非常不錯。唯一就是標間衞生間和洗浴間的門是透明的,對於注重私隱的有點不方便。

必須給一百分，非常乾淨的酒店，早餐特別豐富。贈送的非遺活動從早上九點鐘玩到下午五點鐘，一天沒有出酒店，都在玩手工，小朋友超級開心，大人也很輕鬆，帶着做手工的姐姐，漢服使用，篆香，編扇，做香囊，雕刻，八段錦，茶道，每一個都特別好，特別很喜歡篆香的姐姐，温柔古典。還會再訂這個酒店，就是顧客的最好評價。

管家服務很到位，一家人對這次住宿很滿意，酒店很有特色，非常安靜，出行方便，就在水街旁，水景房能直接看到噴泉。
