這是一條希望葦葦莊園老闆能夠看到的評價！……
我們是五一節帶小朋友入住的葦葦莊園，我們三天時間除了去逛了海窩子古鎮，其他時候基本上都在莊園裡麪。莊園的佔地面積、環境、設施設備是整體比較滿意的，娃娃在莊園玩得也很開心。
之所以給你們的服務衹打了1分，確實是在入住之前你們的服務就開始讓人失望了。
1、因為要帶娃娃入住，在入住之前多次電話告知需要留2樓的房間（一樓臨近水面，蚊蟲較多），但在入住當天再次電話確認時，卻告知已沒有二樓房間了，不得已立刻去買了一套蚊帳，才避免娃娃被蚊蟲叮咬。
2、在入住過程中，主吊燈突然脱落（電線吊著沒有完全落地），過來維修的師傅一直強調有電線掛着，不會掉下來，多次給他説有孩子在房間，有砸到孩子的風險，最終不情願的把燈取走了。更離譜的是，正好當時我們一家人都準備午休，維修師傅在走的時候居然把房卡給我們順走了，我也不曉得他想要幹啥，最後還是聯繫前台去找到那個師傅把卡拿回來的。我就想問問，有男人在房間裏的情況下，把卡拿走還想幹點圖謀不軌的事情嗎？不怕我當場把你弄死？
3、莊園的餐廳用餐，因為服務員需要在客房和餐廳兩邊跑，在用餐時間真的忙不過來，上菜、拿碗都基本上要靠自助，兩個大人吃了兩餐，消費了500多，這服務就真拉胯了。

本次海窩子游，離景區門牌很近，比住古鎮裏的農家民宿條件好。
本次假期，滿房狀態，所以也是過了2點以後了才出房卡。
本次房型還不錯，挺寬敞的，入門有個榻榻米，可以睡一成年人，加鋪費80，配套一個床墊+被子。
裏面雙床是木台和兩個床墊，也適合帶娃同鋪睡。很適合多人家庭。
服務上雖沒有值得表達的，就無功無過，但早餐還是不錯的，幾個小炒菜，饅頭小包子，稀飯豆漿，白煮蛋，炒飯主食，很新鮮供應充足。

先説優點，園子很大而且環境還挺不錯，也有供小朋友玩水的區域，離海窩子古鎮也很近。再説缺點，公共區域衞生欠佳，到處是施工完之後沒打理完的灰，最奇葩的是酒店早餐居然要等到8點才開餐，而且早餐品類不怎麼樣，

規模較大，離海窩子古鎮較近，房間較大，舒適度較好，停車方便，娛樂玩耍設施較多。房間馬桶有鬆動，早餐菜品不算多。

房間很大，衞生打掃的比較乾淨，酒店所有房間的窗户都是朝向一側，站在陽台可以看見對面的小山。酒店的院子很大，吃完早餐可以在院子裏逛逛。
