I got late minute changes and changed to this area and I look around and this hotel seemed great. The area was good, the hotel staff was also very helpful. I may return if I ever going to this area.

I stayed at the Milan International Holiday Resort Hotel for a business trip. 🪟 Environment: The room offered beautiful river views, which really boosted my mood. The hotel feels new and modern. Its location is excellent, being close to Chiyou Jiuli City, and you can even take a Wujiang River cruise right from downstairs. The surrounding old town also offers convenient amenities. The breakfast restaurant was a definite highlight, providing a great spread of both Chinese and Western dishes, including hot and cold options, salads, and fresh fruit. Don't miss the Pengshui special rice noodles; they were clearly prepared with great care. Big thumbs up! 🏋️ Facilities: The hotel is well-equipped with a gym, meeting rooms, and self-service laundry. The in-room smart technology is a standout feature, allowing you to voice control the TV, lighting, curtains, and music via Xiaodu. There's also an incredibly advanced one-touch service call button by the bed. The room's decor and furnishings feel quite premium, and it even includes a tea set. Even the electric kettle is nicely designed! 😊 Service: The service staff were incredibly friendly and approachable, always greeting guests with a smile and proactively asking if I needed anything. This level of service truly deserves full marks! The room was also spotlessly clean. As a new hotel, it thoughtfully included an aromatherapy diffuser, and even the hand soap had a pleasant pine and cypress scent.

My experience staying at this hotel was excellent. It's a modern, smart hotel, and the rooms were spotlessly clean. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The restaurant's dishes were also quite tasty. Parking was very convenient with plenty of available spaces. The hotel's location is also superb, offering easy access to Mowashan, Jiulicheng, and Ayi River.

Pengshui Milan Hotel is truly an absolute gem! It offers excellent value for money, boasts a great location with plenty of amenities nearby, making transportation incredibly convenient. The hotel environment is superb; it's spotlessly clean everywhere, and the air feels fresh. The service is exceptional; everyone, from the front desk staff to the housekeeping team, is incredibly warm and friendly. Staying here feels just like home. They even took care of my clothes, washing and drying them promptly after I got caught in the rain. I highly recommend it to everyone!

Overall, this hotel was very comfortable. The room was spacious and bright, and well-equipped. The staff were friendly, and both check-in and check-out at the front desk were very efficient. However, there was one minor issue: the sensor light on the bedside table seemed to be faulty and stayed on all night, which affected my sleep quality. I hope the hotel can investigate and fix this problem promptly.

The room was comfortable, and the pillows were soft. The location was excellent, close to everything. However, the air conditioning was incredibly noisy – truly, incredibly loud. It didn't provide any heat, and if we turned it on, it was unbearable. It was a real struggle, and I couldn't get any proper sleep. Breakfast was mediocre, nothing special. The only reason I'm giving five stars is for the very enthusiastic young lady who kindly helped me with my luggage. Otherwise, I would definitely not recommend staying here.

After a tiring day of business, lying down on it provided instant relaxation, and I had a wonderfully sound sleep. The bathroom was also spotlessly clean, with no unpleasant odors. The hot water supply was ample and the temperature stable, making a hot shower pure bliss. Furthermore, the hotel's environment was excellent; it was very quiet at night, allowing for a truly restful sleep. The breakfast the next morning offered a good variety and tasted good. Feeling full and satisfied, I was perfectly energized to tackle my work. Overall, my stay at Milan Hotel was fantastic, offering excellent value for money. The next time I'm on a business trip to Pengshui, I will definitely choose this hotel again. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Pengshui!

My sister and her best friend were traveling, and I booked this hotel for them. They were extremely satisfied with their stay, and even got upgraded to a room with a fantastic river view! She told me the Milan Hotel was truly the highlight of their Jiulicheng trip. The location is superb, and the views from the windows are amazing. It's quiet and felt very safe when they returned to the hotel at night. The rooms are fully equipped with smart home features throughout, and the design is very thoughtful and user-friendly. There are always staff on hand at night, ready to assist promptly, and their service attitude is excellent. My sister even called me specifically to ask me to leave a glowing review for the hotel. I'll definitely choose this hotel myself next time I visit Pengshui!
