Personally think the hotel Service: needs to be improved. We couldn't make it in time for breakfast and couldn't pack it up. Many hotels provide packing boxes or arrange for breakfast. Chengdu hotels don't refund breakfast fees directly if we don't have breakfast. It took half a day to send things and we didn't see them delivered until we were about to check out. The glass of the first room was cracked. The window of the room behind couldn't be opened. There was a corridor outside the window. The next morning, the wedding room next door was super noisy.
