This was my second visit and the staff here are always excellent. They helped me arrange my day trip to the rainforest education centre for the best price. Everyone is always friendly and helpful.

The room interior as a whole is beautiful.The retro design of the toilet wall complements the contemporary touch of the living room. Ordered Ayam Bakar (grilled chicken) and it tasted great. Most importantly they have Bloomberg channel on their TV. Good for business-minded travellers.

A beautiful decoration is everything. We changed rooms 3 times because the AC is hot or doesn't work very well. No sink, no hot water, breakfast on a wrapped plastic tray. No coffee or tea, just the sachets in your room. Nothing good in this establishment which must have been good a long time ago.
