Was very nice place good food and room

The zign villa is one of the older ones in the group. The only check-in lobby is not air-conditioned and the attitude of the counter staff needs to be improved! It is recommended to book a sea room on the high floor of the zign hotel opposite

Hotel location is convenient . Staffs are friendly . But hotel is not clean

The AC are very loud, not only my room but also my friend’s room. At first I was staying in another room however I needed to changed the room because the door was not closed tightly, the people could open from the outside. Moreover the water in the toilet bowl was running down all the time. So I requested the staff to change the room and then I got to change. Once I got into the new room, the AC was also loud but not as loud as the previous room, so it was fine. However this new room, seemed like the maid did not clean at all, finding the hair on the bed, the part of the broom was on the floor and also some dust and dirt all over the room even in the bathroom. The toilet was stinky at the first time I flush the toilet bowl, the internet did not work well, I needed to called the staff at least 3 times to get it fix but still the reception was still on and off.

The room is big and suitable for family & kids. Room needs be touch up and maintenance. Found dusty headboard.

Nice hotel in good location with fully service-minded staff, surely go back again.

The experience was terrible! As soon as I entered the room, the air conditioner was as loud as an engine. I had to wait for someone to come and fix it at night, and finally I was moved to another room. I have sleep disorders, and when I booked the room, I asked for quietness. As a result, I was arranged to move to a room facing the street. The bar next door was dancing until 1:30 in the evening. When I asked to move to another room, they said they were fully booked. Why can't I believe that 10% of the rooms are full? The repairman clearly said to move to another room. The room was also smelly and smelled like curry. Someone must have just stayed in it. The sheets were also bad, and the bed was also bad. Under the sheet was a plastic bag of the mattress. I originally booked 2 nights, and the breakfast in the morning was also bad. The tomatoes and cucumbers were a little bit rotten. I checked out directly after eating. The waiter didn't ask why, just told me that there was no refund and that was it. I said that the room was too noisy, but they didn't answer. Part-time employees are such great service.

The service is still good as usual, but recently the tap water has a bad smell.

I've stayed here many times and it's peaceful enough.

The hotel looks good and the photos are beautiful. But hygiene has improved over time. The bathroom is slightly big, but not practical. There are stairs in the room, and it is not recommended to stay here if there are children and elderly people together.

A wonderful relaxing holiday. The pool is excellent!!! ((
