"Great location just off the A1. Staff were so friendly and made such an effort with us. The free bikes were a blessing to cycle into Parma in the rain, the receptionist advised to park at Piazza Garibaldi. The room was clean and spacious with all the facilities needed. The pool was clean with adequate chairs and an area for food:drinks. Too far too walk to the centre but easy enough to drive or cycle."

"I stayed in a ground floor apartment. I recommend changing the mattress, which is now worn out and impossible to sleep on, and checking the hobs, which sometimes don't work. I also recommend maintenance on the entrance door to the building, as it closes very loudly."
